I’m curious if everyone would be able to get their thighs to touch the ground eventually? It seems like my butt and calves are suspending my thighs up. Or is it just my psoas being tight?
That's a Q that comes up a lot. Yes, you should be able to get your thighs down eventually, your other body parts will get out of the way if your psoas isn't holding your legs up in the air :)
@@mnossy11 There are lots! I have a lunge class on my channel and that lunge is a nice option to do right after a psoas release like this. Sitting less in chairs helps a lot too.
