Hi! I’ve been following you on Instagram, and I’m so glad I found you on RUclips also. It’s easier to try the exercises watching YT on my big TV. Will be trying some of these exercises.
I tried using a porch post to lower myself into a squat, and also do modified pullups. This was working well till one day I lost my grip and fell into a deep squat, my knees were not happy about it. Then I had to figure out how to come out of it. I would have rolled to the side but I was on the corner of the porch so both sides had a drop off. I did figure out a way out I forget how now, and my knees only hurt for a few days but I have been leary of trying that exercise again.

I don't know that's something that can work for a video because asymmetries vary among individuals. Have you seen the lunge video on this channel - that might be what you're thinking of?
Hi. I am searching for an Video where you do internal rotation lying on the floor with yoga Block between knees. Couldnt find it. If its possible, maybe u know where to find. I understand of cause if its not:). Thanks
My one concern is my knees. They've cracked my whole life but now they are making weird noises, no pain. Will these help with strengthening or would you say do something else?
Joint noises are actually quite common and should decrease and most likely go away the more you move. Kitchen sink squats will certainly help with strengthening the muscles around your knees and in turn, benefit your joints!
I used to be able to squat down like this but after a hamstring injury I stopped using certain muscles I feel and lost so much of my flexibility. Would love a video on how to get back to this, not thinking in terms of squaring from an athletic perspective, more so from flexibility perspective! 🩷 I can’t even get half way to fully sqaut anymore 😟

hmm - definitely if there's a risk of slipping off that's not great!!

I think that's in the shorts - it's one I did about making squatting more accessible. It's a great way to work on hip rotation!
