I had long-time mental health issues which I didn't recognize. I took a therapist's help but after a point, I found it expensive and not able to get things much out of it. I am not saying it wasn't a help, it was a great help but learning things from RUclips and practicing things like exercise, journaling, gratitude, mindfulness, etc. helped me a lot. I listened to Dr. Joe Dispenza's speech and it was a big life changer for me. You tube and channels like you helped me a lot and without paying much to the therapist (which many people can't afford it), these channels and podcasts on thoughts and mental health helped me a lot. I would suggest the same to others. Try from your end as you'll find that you can understand yourself better than anyone else. Just pay attention to freely available guidance.

Very informative video. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.
I do a lot of this myself! It really works. I’ve been diagnosed with autism, ocd, bi-polar, adhd, among other things. It took years to learn how to cope. But I’m successful today . And I try to pass on my experiences in hope of helping others! 👍

@@angelo-rl9bd I’m feeling great. It’s not about overcoming as it is about learning to live with the condition. I still experience bad days. But I know how to deal with it. I also have therapy and have continued to seek help. I hope this helps.

My sister told me that just me existing annoys her she said even me walking around or picking something up has been really irritating to her and it confirmed my biggest fear, that I'm nothing but an annoyance to everyone around me especially since for the last couple of days I've been going through a deep depressive episode so much so that I've basically been sleeping 90% of my days, not waking up ti'll 6/7 PM and that's only because someone woke me up and made me stay up.

I am 17.And these online classes have break me apart.
At first it was okay to do online classes.But as days went I felt mentally unstable. Now for last week,I feel so unstable that Walking down the road is stressful for me. Anyone please help me out of this.I would really be grateful to you.

Tell yourself it’s all in your mind. Not real.
Look at the sources of your stress. Getting out of the house, showering, and eating some healthy food. Another thing that helped me was repainting my room with color I respond to in a peaceful way.

I would also address that your home can be a cause. Beyond decluttering and regular cleaning, the decor style and color choices we make in our home can be a source of stress.

My first panic attack is all of my body was shaking I panic because it's hard to think of something.and then after that I'm having an anxiety and my 2nd panic attack is I can't move I feel my heart pumping fast and my body and head is so light my worry never gone I was thinking maybe I have seizure maybe I have mental problem and every night I feel worry and so tired and it's hard to concentrate on what I'll do and I'm also scared that my mind might be go absent I don't know what I'll do I don't have therapist or doctor to check if I'm ok also sometimes I feel cooling sensation in my chest sometimes my hand feel uncomfortable sometimes when I stuck my hand for a few minute it's tingling and also I'm scared I might get Alzheimer's when I'm in bad position my feet will get tingling and also benting my joints feels so good and idk what to pls what I'll do
Share every single thing with ur parents or anyone whom u consider closest to u ,,its very important to share every damn thing ,,just dont think what others will think just tell ur parents about it
And try to keep urself busy ,,like some kind of physical activity or video games,,never be free,,

18 months of bullying my friend, we fought back for 1 month, and they hit back for 2.5 yrs revenge.
