    I'm 21 year old unmarried. There is something bulging out from my vagina without any pain or something.can this be fixed by exercise without any surgery??? Plzz reply

      You are best to see a women’s health physiotherapist or physical therapist to actually see what is happening for you. If it is a pelvic organ prolapse it would be good to know how severe. Following along with my 4 day pelvic organ prolapse exercises sounds like it would be helpful for you.
