Can I mention that with the last videos before this one I achieved giving birth naturally without epidural to my baby girl!💖 thank you so much! At 39 W and 1 Day on April 7th at 2pm my water broke, pain began in the hospital at 5-6pm and at 9:45pm-ish she was born.
The reason why it didn’t take less was because she was a bit turned and they had to fix her position with the peanut ball. But thankfully she arrived safely, I felt like I was gonna die but I am very thankful and honored to have came across your videos and knowledge! BREATHING helped me the most thanks for those videos and definitely the mindset videos helped too, it’s definitely a mindset game and the urge to really want to go natural!🤍🥰 everybody was proud of me, even me!! I’m a first time mommy!🥰🤍

Yessssss the breath!! I just had my 3rd baby, all babies out of hospital and unmedicated BUT this one I was so much more calm and in control, it helped so much with my mindset of getting through it instead of fighting it and tensing up. Incredible! Congratulations!! 🎉❤

GIRL. I did this and my water broke that night at 40+0 (my “due date”). I was not expecting that at all. I also used my birth ball to get everything to start picking up. Baby boy was born so beautifully and healthy, by far the most amazing birth experience I had yet (baby #3, all out of hospital births and unmedicated), by using your breathing mindfulness advice. ⭐️ 10/10 ⭐️

Have you tried the “midwife’s brew”? I tried it last time with baby 4 and it worked like a charm. (And didn’t cause me any nausea or diarrhea!) The recipe I used had castor oil, almond butter, apricot nectar and champagne… sounds crazy but my midwife swears by it and it really did put me in labor in three hours. Drank at 9 pm, woke up in active labor at midnight.

Unfortunately, when you're that early, there's not a WHOLE LOT that can be done.
Try staying active and doing pregnancy safe activities to get baby lower.
Ultimately, baby won't really go down a lot until later in pregnancy.

    • @elianasaint9496

I dont think that's your baby. Your uterus is still maybe an inch above your belly button at 24 weeks. That might be your organs being squeezed and your baby is kicking.
Im not an expert by any means, but I had a lot of pain in my upper abdomen, and my doctor told me that can only be general discomfort at that time(i was 26 weeks pregnant).
      Hope you feel better soon!

It depends on your height I believe... you want the ball to fit your body the way it does hers. So if you are very short you need a smaller ball. Taller, a bigger ball. Also look at weight limits on the ball. My sage femme said its good to not inflate the ball totally so it's slightly squishy. Mine is a 67 inch ball. I just missed the height cut off for the smaller ball. Also you can use a technically sports ball not specific pregnancy ball. Good luck

when i was looking for one to use (i got an exercise ball from walmart) the different sizes had recommended heights listed. I'm 5'4" and got a 65cm ball (smallest size). It works great!

Can I address the elephant in the room and clarify? Isn’t a birth ball just an exercise ball?

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
