    I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    In my 2nd Trimester I finally found my type of perfect exercises that perfectly match my athletic level. All the pregnancy exercises youtubes I found so far just wo low intensity that doesn't give me much of outcome. Not only this exercise program is perfectly designed for mid - high intensity but also designed to support muscle strengths in areas essential for pregnancy woman. Plus I love your energy and it makes me really energised and happy! Thank you

    Omg I'm 33 weeks right now and my body is definitely starting to feel the difference like I feel it in my back . This is my first ever work out

      This is my first pregnancy workout too and im 31 weeks and the relief of pressure from doing this is insane!! The hips feel so much looser!

    I would love more SPD and sciatica free workouts for 2nd and 3rd trimester. Currently 37 weeks and it's getting harder and harder to find workouts that I can still do (except your prenatal workouts of course!)

    Thank you so much! I tried a pilates one before this and it was way too much for me at 37 weeks and caused me too much pain. This was doable and I feel like it was very targeted and relevant. I feel good after doing it. I really appreciate you!

    I’m the same with working in front of the computer most of the day, so thank you so much for these exercises. So far I’ve tried out up to the hip rotation exercises and I can already feel the relief in my lower back ❤

    I’m 23 weeks. Have a lot of pelvic pain. I wanted to try put some of this workouts. Is it safe to do in second trimester, it’s not going to make me go to labour earlier. Right?😂

      Hi!! These are all exercises that are safe for pregnancy, but of course i recommend chatting with your doctor or midwife before beginning any exercise program! Hang in there mama!

    This is one of the veeeeery few workout videos that feels completely safe and comfortable to me at 36 weeks and yet is an actual workout. Thank you!! It's part of my regular exercise routine now.

      Yes! These low impact birth ball exercises are designed increase mobility through the hips and lower body to relax and open up the pelvic floor. Getting baby and mama aligned and ready for labor and delivery!

    currently 31 weeks and everytime i do exercies with the ball i get braxton hicks (not painful but strong ), is that normal ?

      I would recommend add this exercise routine to your pregnancy workout plan 2-3 times a week to build strength and release tight muscles!
