a friend recommended your channel and I'm SO GRATEFUL. Since tuning in, I have totally shifted workouts from more cardio to strength training and I've never felt better, even though I'm pregnant. I used to hate working out at home because I found it boring, but now I love the convenience and always knowing what workout I will do with your pregnancy plans. Sometimes I bring your videos to the gym to use more equipment and impress the gym bros around me. Thank you so much for making it free!!
I am 40 weeks today and doing this workout!! I am so grateful for your workouts, Lindsay!! I have been doing your workouts since my 1st trimester and I love them. Thanks for your energy! I am felling 💪 them since 1st trimester and I cannot recommend th
I just gave birth three weeks ago, and I was doing this workout up through 40 weeks! It was such a lifesaver to have a challenging yet accessible, SPD-friendly workout for me this time around, when almost everything else caused me pain. Thank you for producing such excellent content! I really believe it’s making my postpartum recovery so much easier. I can’t wait to get back to your workouts soon. 💪
Oh, I am so grateful for this workout. I've been really struggling with pelvic pain and feel like I've totally lost my ability to workout. This workout was such a gift. Thank you for making a SPD-friendly workout!
I loved this workout! I'm also in the 26th week of pregnancy and suffer from SPD. This is the first workout I've found where I really felt challenged BUT had no pain at all!! Are you gonna do more of those? 😊❤ best wishes to you and your baby!
Can't tell you how much these workouts have kept me sane through this pregnancy, 3 days overdue today and so grateful to still have these to distract and motivate me. Thank you!
Your prenatal workouts have been getting me through my pregnancy! As a former competitive athlete, I really appreciate the different levels of challenge. I am on track with my weight gain at 31 weeks. Feeling like I am going to head into labor strong! Thank you!
I'm just about 30 weeks pregnant with our fifth - put this workout off for a while because the length intimidated me, but it flew by and felt amazing! I felt so strong throughout! Your work is incredible, Lindsey! 💪
so....i am 16 YEARS post partum :-) and this was still a challenging workout! I used heavier weights for added intensity--will be back to this one for sure!!
Are these safe for 36-40+ months pregnant? I haven’t seen a video with you past 34. I was planning on following the 5 day a week program until the end but want to make sure it’s safe. I’ve been following since late first trimester and want to continue as long as possible but notice I’m slowing down at 33 weeks and really need to push to get through and can’t always reach the ground for those tap moves.
This is by far my favorite for the end of pregnancy!!! I’m just about 39 weeks & I have been doing this workout at least once a week since week 30. It feels so good & makes me feel strong. Thank you!!!
I go through quite a bit of hip and sciatica pain but my ego won’t let me rest too many days so, this really helps! If you can do more of these I would be so extra grateful!! But either way, you are a part of my husbands and my life for the past 2 years now!🎉 Soooo grateful 🙏🏽 Good luck in the snow storm!!
39 weeks and I’ve been rocking this workout for the last few weeks when my hips and pelvis feel loose and achey. Thank you for providing a safe and effective workout that is hip and baby friendly! Keeping me strong and happy!
Love this workout! 29 weeks today and I felt so strong, thank you! Nice to be pain free too. Maybe it was my tv but the music was louder than normal and I had a hard time understanding what you were saying toward the end fyi! Thanks again, you’re the best 🎉
This is my favorite prenatal workout so far, thank you Lindsey! Also, if you have time I would love to know where you get your t-shirts. I always have a hard time finding good fitting ones!
So grateful for your workouts! I've learned so much from you, your workouts are above and beyond the typical "flapping around" pregnancy videos I've found - they are solid and productive. Please market a "holy bananas" shirt for your channel, always makes me grin when you say that! You are the best!
Yes! Here are another workout for SPD pain - www.nourishmovelove.com/8-pregnancy-stretches-back-pain/ and www.nourishmovelove.com/pelvic-pain-during-pregnancy/ Hang in there mama!
thanks for the workout! I'm not pregnant, but I really liked it! it was difficult even sometimes! special thanks for the music! and stretching is also a buzz🔥🔥🔥
Great workout! 30 weeks pregnant and feeling awesome - your workouts are integral to feeling strong during my pregnancy ❤ thank you! I found the background music really loud/distracting in this video, though. They're usually not like this. Any way it can be quieted a bit to hear you better?
I’m confused - can you clarify 15 lb per weight for the arms? Or 15 lb total so 7.5 lb per weight? I have the Bowflex so I can make adjustments but doing 30 lb for arms is impossible for me with carpal tunnel it seems unless I’m misunderstanding you. I’m approaching 40 weeks now lol
I have a set of 15 lb dumbbells and a set of 20 lb dumbbells in this workout (so each dumbbell is 15 lbs or 15 lbs per arm). If 15 lbs per arm isn't comfortable for you, lower the weight!
Whew! Jumping back into my workouts after a two week vacation and coming back in my third trimester. Not gonna lie, it was challenging, but I stuck with it and am feeling so good afterwards. Thank you for making awesome videos and sharing them! ❤
Amazing workout, I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and I've been looking for something that would be pregnancy friendly, but challenging at the same time. The only thing is that I found the music a bit too loud, at moments I could not here your voice properly because if it. Anyway thank you and I'll be coming back for more :)
Thanks for this! 30 weeks pregnant and injured my sciatica a couple weeks ago(my own fault 🙈). Had to almost do nothing but stretch for 2 weeks and very slow walking. Had to do the lateral move very slowly and some others at a slower pace or lighter weight but I did it! Getting better! Thanks!
SO glad you found your way to our pregnancy workouts! Here is a workout that will help SPD pain -- www.nourishmovelove.com/pelvic-pain-during-pregnancy/
This workout was amazing! I'm five months pregnant (first pregnancy) and just really established a regular workout routine within the last year. I was super worried that I would lose all my progress and be starting back from square one, but you've made fitness so accessible and enjoyable, and you are such an inspiration. Thanks for all that you do!
I have been doing your workouts since the pandemic and they have been such a saving grace. I’m even more grateful to workout with you during my first pregnancy. I feel like I am actually still getting a great strength workout in and that there are multiple SPD safe workouts to choose from. Currently 32 weeks and can’t wait to continue working out with you for the rest of this pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond!
Thank you for the workouts! I’m 9 weeks into my first pregnancy and I’m trying to be as active as the exhaustion will allow me. I really need to work on my form because my lower back was hurting the next 2 days lol I will still continue to exercise and work on that form! Thank you for helping me with my goal of having a healthy active pregnancy!
I would recommend doing this workout when you feel your body needs it the most! I would recommend taking rest days as well! Here is a full pregnancy program you can follow as well -- www.nourishmovelove.com/pregnancy-workout-plans/
Great workout for all seasons of life, my oldest is goin on 31 and my youngest is fixing to graduate high school next month. Loved all the moves. I certainly did not workout like this when I was pregnant.
I'm not sure how I missed this one a couple months ago, but tried it today for the first time and I LOVED it! 35 weeks here and this will become a regular one for me until the end. I feel so strong after this one. Thank you!
Woooop just found your channel, im 36 weeks pregnant and following these workouts until labour - I love the philosophy of feeling strong and caring for my body over these last few weeks as I have the heaviest load to carry! Thanks so much.
Just checking this doesn’t exacerbate anyone’s spd pain? Thought I’d speed watch before trying and it seems like there’s a lot of wide legged stuff?? I don’t want this pain to get any worse!!
Take modifications that feel good in your body! Here are SPD exercises to help with your pain -- www.nourishmovelove.com/pelvic-pain-during-pregnancy/ Hang in there!
At 26 weeks, pregnant, I have coning even on incline push-ups, which is so sad considering I thought I had a strong core. What do you recommend for modification? A greater incline?
Congrats on your pregnancy! Do not get hard on yourself, you are so strong mama! I would do a chest press rather than push-ups to continue working on your core and chest!
With my PGP it was impossible to do the lateral steps but I swapped them with some quick marching in place. I really loved the workout, lunges certainly are a challenge during these last weeks of the way ❤️❤️
I am currently nursing a low back injury and was excited to see this one is ok for sciatica. I've been doing a few of your upper body workouts and trying to keep working out. Can you recommend any other videos that I might try that would be low back injury friendly?
Wishing you a speedy recovery! Tough to say what won't aggravate it more but I recommend core workouts and lots of stretching to help! This is one of my favorite stretching routines to help with low back pain -- ruclips.net/video/c7Gr8Rv0iMs/видео.html
This. Was. Amazing! Thank you! 26wks with baby 6; was at my strongest, healthiest, and smallest before this pregnancy. I def want to find my way back there this felt great w my 15s!
Just an FYI for those with SPD (not Sciatica) - absolutely try to avoid any wide-legged movements including the wide-legged squats, lateral steps, and even wide-legged stretches. My midwife and chiropractor both recommended I try to "move like a mermaid" meaning, keep the knees and ankles as close together as possible at all times. This is an otherwise a great workout but not exactly geared toward those with SPD. Just a reminder to do your own research and modify as necessary.
Not necessarily always true though! I work in physical therapy, have treated lots of pregnant women, and also have a lot of experience with SPD myself. It’s not always the wide leg movement that irritates SPD, it’s usually the unilateral strength it takes to get in and out of the position. Weight shifting, leg scissoring (like lunges), and pelvic twisting is usually what irritates SPD and getting into a sumo squat position may require this. They tell you to “move like a mermaid” to minimize these movement patterns. If you are mindful of how you get into and perform sumo squats (try a bench or chair version), they CAN actually be beneficial. But of course everyone is also different and if you are feeling pulling or discomfort, skip them and go for a regular squat instead!
Great workout! I'm 37 weeks and enjoyed it all. The bear crawl to standing move was very tough with a big belly - is that normal and are there any modifications you would suggest? Thanks for making these videos!!
I absolutely love your workouts!! Feels so nice to click on your page and find solid pregnancy workouts that my post-collegiate athlete self, feel like is a challenge but not over doing it. Is this workout plan also safe for if you have diastasis recti in the beginning of your third trimester?
Yes I would recommend slowing down and reducing range of motion when needed!
Not pregnant but did this instead of the calendar workout (with littles I don’t have 45 mins all the time😂) and man! 🔥🥵
Way to knock it out!
Mam can we do this every day am 28th week pregnant and when to do before meal or after meal morn, noon or night

29 weeks and following along. I feel stronger for sure. Do you recommend some type of cardio along with these videos daily?
I recommend walking 10000 steps a day!
Great full body workout, I really enjoyed this even though I am six months postpartum!
A great postpartum option! Glad you liked it!
