Force Motors maintains a low profile and its background is not known to most people including myself. Your video has revealed how strong Force is in engine technology. They used to manufacture a SUV called Force One about 10 years back. I hope they launch such a product again. Force Gurkha is also gaining market acceptance gradually. I personally feel that Force should strengthen its marketing and advetisement to highlight its strength in engine tech.
Force assembles. Building/Engineering is an entirely different game. Not that Indian companies can't do it, but our exorbitant taxes (50% on vehicle,100+% on fuel) means it's not worth the hassle. The same reason force still uses OM616 derivatives for almost entire trax, traveller lineup.. It's legendary 70s Benz engine that they got way back.
Thats incorrect. Taxes don't mean shit to RnD. Its high mainly to protect market from flood of cheap cars which can be easily made in india and to support country on income from lux goods that contribute nothing to india so might as well tax it.... It's just that RnD is done by old time behemoths in all country. Tata motors is one but as always they suck in anything advanced. Idk y ppl suck their dick but they dont do advanced stuff. Dont have high grade steel, semiconductors, weapons, jets, etc. Whereas look at samsung...all tata does is mediocre stuff with high capital and earn shit tons of money.

@Hrishikesh Malviy For your kind informatiom not everyone would buy electric cars because of reliability and range related issues. Force Motors, one of the hidden gems in India that has been manufacturing and deploying engines for and under Mercedes Benz and BMW.
Not developing, only doing assembly as mentioned in video
Being a Stock market Investor and having pretty decent knowledge about Force, I knew this but not the Origin of this.
