Getting your prints to stick, then getting them off your machine is 90% of your 3D printing issues and worries! First, you do everything you can to get the filament to stick for the first layer and keep on holding, then you finally get a good stick, and your new worries are how to get the parts off the print bed.
Wham Bam Flexible Build System is your solution to all your troubles!
° Your prints stick easily from the first layer onward! First layer perfection with our Wham Bam PEX Build Surface
° Simply bend our Flexi Plate and your prints pop off!
° A quick wipe with alcohol, slap the Flexi Plate onto the Magnetic Base and you are back to printing!
No more tape, glue, hair spray, ABS slurry, special additives.
All of your filaments stick to our proprietary PEX build surface.
No more messing with binder clips and limiting your build area!
Print edge to edge with our magnetic bed.
No more stabbing hands, breaking parts, or gouging your build surfaces trying to get your prints off the bed.
Just bend our Flexi Plate and parts magically pop right off!
Stop chiseling parts on your machine, ruining your calibration or damaging its precision parts.
Lift off our plate to remove prints outside of the machine.
No more lost time waiting for your heavy glass or aluminum bed to cool down, prying to remove prints, cleanup of glues and tape and re-application.
Get right back to printing with no or little downtime, just put the WB Flexi Plate back on the machine and you are in business. Even keep extra WB Flexi Plates on hand to do a live swap and speed up your workflow to the max!
Good stuff, Peter. I have been extremely happy with mine over the past several months. When are you opening up for new orders? 👍
Thanks Bryan, we should be live for new orders any day now, just working out shipping then we will be live!
@@petersolomon3505 Awesome news! Thanks for the update!
As is mine, looking forward to trying something new
Mine is on it's way. I can't wait!
I just found out about this AWESOME product from a redit post. Hopefully I'll be ordering one of these systems soon!
It will change your life!
@@WhamBamSystems Will you be offering these for the CR6-SE? I don't recall seeing a 235X245 option on the drop down order menu.
Do you have distributer in EU?
Yes, we do! See the full list of WorldWide Resellers, many of which are located in or ship to the EU: whambamsystems.com/blog/f/worldwide-wham-bam-reseller-list
what do we do when the pei starts to fail
steel wool and alcohol, if that doesn't do it try dish soap then rinse well. worse case a bit of acetone and wipe dry
Will you be making one for the new Ender 5 Plus?
Absolutely if we hear enough interest! Btw can you measure bed edge to edge?
Just bought one of your systems but mine didn't come with an instruction manual.
Got the 377 X 37p ender plus one
It came with steel wool, but is that for maintenance only or do you need to use it before usage?
Ive used it and although my first layer is perfect, silk PLA is still lifting on sharp corners oddly :S
Sorry we can send you the instructions if you send us an email to technical@whambamsystems.com.
Yes use steel wool vigorously on the PEX initially until all surface is semi gloss. Clean well with isopropyl alcohol and paper towel.
Use a bed temp of 70 with PLA. And use a good squish for first layer.

Is it simple to remove the magnetic surface in the future, if we decide to go back to a regular coated glass bed? I have the Ender 3 V2. Or is this more of a permanent installation?
Yes, you can remove the magnet base and use acetone or Goo Gone to remove the 3M glue. However, once you experience the ease, you will never want to go back! Here is a video with magnetic base mounting options: ruclips.net/video/PNCam4_wp1g/видео.html
I love how you cut the guy off at the end. Stfu exec the pitch deck is done!
:X
Uhm prusa Printers have exactly the same feature for a year now. Please dont make it like you invented this.
we have been working on this for over a year, and we do not make it like we invented it, we just perfected it. When we set out to do this we wanted to create the best system available to be fit to most any printer for a very good value!
