- Thank you for clicking on my video! I'm so glad you are here.
In an effort to combat yellowing on my gray/grey/silver hair, I embarked on a 2 month trial of the new L'Oreal Metal Detox shampoo at the recommendation of my stylist. Could this unseat my trusted purple shampoo?
On my face:
Chanel Sublimage in Beige

Hourglass Luminous Rose Blush
Natasha Denona Mini ZenDo eye shadow
Shisedo MicroInk Eyeliner in Brown
Clinique High Impact Mascara
Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color in Buff
The Lip Bar lip pencil in Straight Lovin
Scent of the day: Chanel No 5 L'Eau
Very interesting your experience, so thanks for sharing. I have been eyeing the Metal Detox line for a while and think I might just give the shampoo a try. Like you, I found the mainstream purple shampoo leaves too much of a purple colour on my hair (which really freaked me out). Agree that preventing the problem is much better than trying to fix it so metal detox seems a good way to do that. Please keep making videos on hair maintenance! I feel this is an issue we need more content of.
Thank you so much for the kind comment and the feedback. 🥰😘 I’m happy to share my experiments in maintenance. I’m a fellow consumer so I don’t have all the answers but I’m happy to share my thoughts. 💖
did u try it
Thank you SO MUCH!! I purchased it after I watched your channel . I am fully white/grey. I don’t like the purple shampoo on my hair as it really holds the tint BUT THIS AMAZING SHAMPOO US FABULOUS !!! Worth every cent, so thank you so much again!
Hayyyy, Ava!! I’m so glad you have had a good result and I appreciate your comment! 🥰😘
Hi Beth, hair looks beautiful, glad the product is working for you. Thanks for the review!
Hello, Jewbe! 🥰😘 thank you so much for watching! I hope you have a lovely Sunday 💖
Thank you for the helpful review. I ditched the dye 3 years ago and am fully natural. During my transition I used blue shampoo, conditioner to help minimize the difference between the warm brown and grey. What I found was that it almost made the difference even more noticeable. It turned my grey hair literally blue, so I had blue tinted hair with slightly less warm brown at the bottom. Because of that experience I have not used any blue or purple products. This seems like a much better option.
This is so interesting! It also sounds frustrating to experience, though. The grow out can be so awkward. 🥰😘
I totally agree with you... I like the idea of removing the elements that are yellowing my hair rather than just masking them. Thanks for your review 🤗
Thanks for watching, Leanne! 😘😘 I’ll check back in if I feel like I need a little purple toning in the future.
I let my hair go natural almost 8 years ago and I don't regret it. I have coarser wavy/curly hair as well. I use the purple stuff and have been looking for a product like this. I did read that it's the metals and some hair products that are the culprits for discoloration. I am happy to find your channel and it will be helpful.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I know for sure the makeup and sunscreens I wear get into the hairs surrounding my face, and this helps cleanse those, as well. It’s a good product!
I recently discovered your channel and am thoroughly enjoying your videos. Thanks so much for your review of L'Oreal Metal Detox shampoo. I have issues with purple shampoos depositing too much color on my gray hair, too, and I look forward to trying this product. Would you consider providing a tutorial on the relaxed hairstyle you wore in your 'Shopping at Target' video one of these days? I also like to wear my hair back/up, but my technique leaves a lot to be desired; I tend to pull my hair back too tightly and it makes my hairstyle look quite severe. Your hairstyle looks soft and flattering. Thanks!
Hello! Yes, I would be happy to do that. I’ve been meaning to schedule that kind of video and it keeps slipping. I will prioritize that 🥰
I’m so glad you’re here 😘😘
I am retired in Ecuador. I have virgin hair. The water here was killing my almost tailbone length hair. I had to cut off 5 or 6 inches it got so bad. I ordered the Moon Filter and rainfall showerhead from Amazon that seems to have worked but I will test it. I also ordered this shampoo. I heard others say that they didn't like the mask but I may try the whole line later. I follow AbbeyYung and have tried a few of her suggestions. Some I like and some I don't. I am also using K18, Redken Acidic Bonding treatment etc. I don't want to lose any more length so I have been OBSESSED doing the Search and Destroy method and it seems to be helping. Your hair is so beautiful. I wish mine was all gray but at almost 68 I have dodged that bullet so far. I may have seen a total of 5 gray hairs so far. Thanks for the video
Oh wow!! How lucky for you to still have you dark hair 🤩 thank you for the kind words. Good luck with this shampoo. I finished my bottle and need to reorder.
I enjoy and appreciate you videos so much! We are hair twins. I went silver about 2 years ago and I’m so happy with it. Also curly, thick and really needs lots of hydration. Thank you for all the useful information!
I'm so glad you're here! Congratulations on your gray hair transition!
I am brand new to your channel. I have been on a four month long rejuvenation of my skincare, makeup, and now haircare. I am going to 65 in a few months and I felt it was time. My hair has been semi-gray for 10 years....meaning silver front and top, with still naturally dark hair in the back. It has always been thick and full of body. I had been wearing in a pixie for six years due to many neck and arm surgeries six years ago. I started to grow it out in 2020 and it is now shoulder length. In my younger days I had very good hair which would tend need washing every 3-4 days. I used very little product other than hairspray after setting it with hot rollers. Now all of my hair gray and brown are dry and course. So my search for products to help me reach my goals are starting here with your videos. I live with well water and pvc pipes. We have an extensive filtration system to eliminate many substances. I still have a problem with yellowing. Is the Metal Detox the same as a clarification shampoo?
Hello! I’m so glad you’re here 🥰😘 I’m truly just a fellow consumer navigating this space, but it feels as though this is in the clarifying category-just with the brand’s proprietary formula.
It’s good to hear that you’re feeling better after your surgeries. 💖
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK It is a pleasure to actually receive valuable product reviews from fellow consumers. I have just begun to watch your other videos pertaining to fashion styles, and so many other interesting topics. Keep doing what you are doing, it is very helpful and encouraging. Thanks again.
Thanks! I appreciate the detail you always bring to your product reviews. I look forward to the Goldilocks review. I will try this L'oreal product when I get close to using up my other detox shampoo (Living Proof - triple Detox) which I find really helps remove product buildup without sulfates. Like you, I did find that when I used the purple products more often, my hair looked good to me until I saw it in photos - in some of them, my hair definitely looks lavender! it's actually funny. Thanks again !
Thank you so much for this kind comment 💖 I’ve been curious about the Living Proof shampoo you mention- sounds like you are having great results. 🥰😘
Loving my grey hair transition and still looking into purple shampoo. This looks very interesting. I am looking into this also. Thanks for the video.
Hi Karen! It’s really good. I used it last night and noticed how bright my hair is today. 🤩
I was just getting ready to purchase a purple shampoo...I'm gonna try this instead. Your hair looks more beautiful every time I see you! 😍
I hope it works for you, Robin! 🥰😘 and thank you!!
Your hair looks wonderful curly, is's shining like crazy too, so healthy and beautiful. I'm hoping my gray is half as pretty when its all grown out. 😊
Thank you so much!! 8
So glad you’re here. Your hair will be your own glorious crown 👑
Your hair is looking gorgeous! I really like this idea. I bought the bluest looking purple shampoo I could find early on in my transition to try to tone some of the orange/red out of my dark auburn coloured hair, to match my cooler toned dark natural hair. But being WAY more dark than silver, now a purple shampoo isn’t really necessary for me. And it was extremely drying on my already dry hair. But I’m sure we could all use some metal detox.
This makes a lot of sense to me! I was finding some of the purple products to be too drying as well. The grow-out phase really is about experimentation (and so much patience). I’m finding my maintenance now is a different ballgame.
I have found that detox shampoos are the only way to go for me with all white hair. If any of your viewers have not tried the Ouai detox shampoo, they need to. There is no shampoo that has left my hair as beautiful as that. I have fine short hair and I only use a light leave in conditioner on it, as this shampoo does not leave it dry. It literally sparkles in the sun. Now, what to do with all of my purple shampoo!!
I’ve really loved the few Ouai products I’ve tried, I really appreciate your suggestion and thoughtful comment.
Writing down that info for when my gray is longer than 1"of root...☺️👍🏻
Happy Sunday, Beth. I have so much to say! I look forward to trying this product. I have VERY hard water where I live, although I do have a filter on my shower head. Seems to help. I’ve mentioned before that my yellowing seems to come from heat appliances, so I’m trying to wear my hair curly. Your hair is gorgeous!! The cut for your curls looks like perfection. Also, I’m interested in that JVN line. I’m seeing it a lot on social media. Look forward to your video on frizz, which is an issue with me.
Hey, Jessica! Happy Sunday 😘🥰 I’m trying to use less heat, too. I know that’s contributing to some of the yellowing. Thank you so much for the kind words. My stylist has curly hair too and his cuts are good. In my experience it helps so much to find someone who knows the struggle 😆
I‘ve tried a few JVN samples,so I’ve had a taste of it. So far I like it! Stay tuned for a frizz talk…I have lots of mixed feelings about it 🥴
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK I can’t wait to hear you talk about frizz. I’m so new to wearing my hair curly and I’m so grateful that I found your channel! Have a great week!
Thank you for the review Beth..i will have to check the hardness level of our water. Looking forward for the frizzz stuff.!!
Have a nice day!!
Hello, Pili! 😘😘 Your profile picture is so gorgeous and chic! Your hair is beautiful 😍. I want to test my tap water, too, but I don’t notice any mineral buildup on the fixtures so it must not be too extreme.
I have so much to say about frizz!! 💖
Hi! I'm new here and like you, my hair is naturally grey. I go to the swimming pool thrice a week; this shampoo has been my savior! My hair is soft and shiny. I used purple shampoos before, but the mix of purple and chlorine makes a "beautiful" corn straw color. Thanks for your videos, I subscribed
I’m so happy to hear this! Chlorine is such a tough chemical to contend with m, but swimming is brilliant for exercise. I’m so happy you shared this report.
Thank you Franki and Beth for the helpful information!
We’re all together helping each other out 💞
Hi Beth! Thanks again for the thoughtful and thorough product review. I'm so excited to think that purple shampoos and conditioning products might not be necessary to address discoloring of silver hair! Yaay! Given I am only seven months into my silver hair journey... and given I have henna/indigo applied to the ends of my hair, I think I may be better off using the purple products awhile longer to cool down the coppery tone of my brown hair. But I think if I'm able to achieve a full head of silver hair, I think I'll switch to this professional L'Oreal product line. Yaaay! I'd like to add that I loved your video from last week. It was so fun and inspiring to hear the stories of your personal and spiritual journey since 2020. Chewie seems like such a sweet little dog. We had a Shitzu when I was young. Over the years, my partner and I have had pugs... which do well in the colder climate, as you said. I have an Instagram account for them under @theoandlyrapugs. It can be fun to post photos of our little quadrupeds online to show their beautiful spirits. Have a great week, Beth! 🦋🧡🦋
Hello! 🥰😘 I just found your Pug IG and followed you. This is very convenient because my dad has a pug named Roscoe and we constantly share dog posts with each other. 💖
Thanks you so much for the kind words. I really like the idea of not needing purple toner-but time will tell. Maybe they’ll be helpful from time to time, but I’m encouraged by my experience with this line so far. I’m excited to think that companies like L’Oreal might formulate products just for silver/gray hair other than dye.
I stopped my henna and indigo dying and going silver, I’ve been wondering what would happen if I used purple shampoo on the it all, does it change the color of the colored parts?
@@ruthier2699 Hi! 👋 I'm not a professional hair stylist. I don't know if you were using the same henna/indigo product I was using, which was the brand "Color the Gray." And I don't know if you're thinking of using any of the purple toner products I've tried during the year since I stopped the henna/indigo routine. But I can tell you with my hair, what happens when I use the purple toner products is the brown ends get a touch darker and a touch less copper-toned. So the brown gets cooler-toned for me, which I like because my silver hair is cool-toned. I hope this helps. 🦋🧡🦋
Awesome review Beth and you look amazing 👩🏻🦳💖 have a great week 🤗
Thank you, Louise! ❤ i hope you’re doing well! 🥰😘
Hi Beth, I posted this message below to a Silver Sisters group on facebook today with a link to your video on the L'Oreal Metal Detox Shampoo. I learned a lot from you in this video and I love Your Hair and the Metal Detox Shampoo. They are always asking about purple shampoo and such. So I thought your video would be very helpful! There are 25k members in that group, so hopefully many of them will become subscribers to your channel!!! Thank you for your videos! Take care, Margie!
"Hi Everyone,
This works great for me so thought I would share to the entire group!
Many of us ask each other all the time about yellowing and purple shampoos. I found Beth's channel (Infinite Garden) on youtube and she is the one that turned me onto L'Oreal Metal Detox Shampoo. I love it and loved her Hair and video about it. My hair is similar to hers but just not as thick/course. I love this shampoo, and use it every 4th wash. I only use clear or white products on my hair now as she does.
Here is a link to that specific video she did about the shampoo. Enjoy and Hope this helps!
L'Oreal Metal Detox Shampoo"
Margie! You are an angel. I’m still loving this line and I really appreciate your support 💖💖💖
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK Thank you for your reply. Two ladies commented back to me, that your channel is great. So not sure if they knew you before or from my mention. Either way All Good!
Just want to share that I also love the "Not Your Mother's" brand and also Maui Moisture Brand. Perhaps you will do a review on them?
Thanks again, Margie
Great review Beth, I have the same colour hair as you and have used Kerastase products for a long time. I think I will try this L'Oreal Metal Detox Shampoo and see how it performs on my hair. Love your hair curly !
Thank you, Karen! I hope you can find it readily and that you like it. 🥰😘
Do you use metal detox line every time you wash your hair?
I bought it and tried today for the first time. Unfortunately I don’t see any difference 😢 the yellow is still the same and my white hair is not better. It also feels very dry now 🤷🏻♀️ I’m still happy I’ve tried and I’m looking forward to your next review about this shampoo… depending on what you say, I might give it another go…
I will do a round up soon, but I still love this shampoo. I’m about to repurchase.
So happy that you like this product too. I ordered the shampoo and the mask from Amazon immediately after seeing your first video about it. I have copper pipes as well and had some yellowing in my silvers. I agree the shampoo is a little drying but the mask makes up for it. It's very moisturizing and the website indicates it helps keep metals from depositing. I believe it does. I have zero issues with yellowing now. And I haven't used any of my purple shampoo since trying this product. It was definitely a game changer for me so thank you so much for recommending it! Love your channel! ❤️ Oh I should also mention for anyone with fine thin hair like mine...a little of the mask goes a long way. It's very moisturizing. The first time I used it I used too much and my hair was a bit flat and greasy looking. So less is more if you have fine thin hair.
Hi, Shannon! 🥰😘I’m so glad you are liking it as well. Thank you so much for sharing your input on the mask! It sounds as though it would work well for my hair type, too. I’m going to stay on this path until I need to course correct 👍
Purple shampoo has for sure made my silver look darker, and at times even makes it look mousey or dirty in color, yet I still battle sone brass. I'm going to try this and see if it helps.
It’s been working really well for me. Please let me know what you think! 🥰😘
Thank you so much for the review! I haven’t had any issues with yellowing lately (knocking on wood)but I prefer to prevent it before it starts so always looking for good products to give a try!
I’m so glad to hear that you haven’t had to combat yellowing-mine hasn’t been too bad. I’m so glad you are here 💖
Hello. Your hair looks amazing! I dont have issues with metal, but would this still work with my gray/silver hair. Also what conditioner do you use/ recommend?
Yes it does! I love Aveda Cherry Almond Conditioner.
Thank you very much for your review, Beth. I bought the L’Oreal Metal Detox shampoo, not thinking I could be opposed to the fragrance. Unfortunately, before trying it out, I realized the fragrance is too strong for me. I then bought Hairprint Chelating Shampoo and since it is unscented, I will try it. I’m wondering if you or any of your viewers have used this, and would share their results.
I’ve been transitioned 3.5 years now and use either a kaolin clay mask or chelating shampoo once every other month or so, as these also remove yellow and deposits caused by hard water. As far as I understand it (not very well) it’s because much like the scale in your kettle (if you live in a hard water area - you know…) over time this can also build up on your hair and cause yellowing. It helps deep clean once in a while too - but you must condition after as it is also very drying. I occasionally will use a purple shampoo but usually only use natural Shea Moisture products now on my wavy 2B hair - and it has 100% transformed my hair. So no sulphites, silicones etc etc - that said. I’d possibly be up for trying this new metal detox shampoo…
Beth can you show me the ingredients in the metal detox shampoo please - your hair is looking fab btw 👍
Spa Master Molecular Cosmetics Micellar Chelating Detox Shampoo pH 5.5 - but anything with EDTA (chelating agent) in the ingredients will suffice.
Oh, Kelly, that’s such a good point. The fragrance doesn’t bother me personally, so I didn’t think to mention its presence. Of course some will find that to be a deal killer. I haven’t heard of the product you mention, but I will look into it. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment.
I love Shea Moisture products, too! I’m sorry I didn’t show a shot of the ingredients-I took footage of it and left it out while editing. They do list them on their website:
us.lorealprofessionnel.com/hair-care/metal-detox/shampoo-metal-detox-sulfate-free-shampoo
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK , I love this line (Shea Moisture) as I only use cruelty free products. 👍🏻
I'm trying to embrace my grey, notb easy at the beginning and mostly on top. You look very pretty with yours
Hi, there! The early months are by far the hardest 💖 it can be very uncomfortable. If you can make it to six months, you might feel a shift in your perception.
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK I am finding very hard... Some have told me to do highlights beach effect. Thanks for the encouragement
Very informative show...thank you Beth😊
Glad you found it helpful, Tom! I’ve been using the shampoo now for 6 months and I think it’s an excellent product.
Thank you for your insights, I was unaware white hair could yellow.
Thanks for watching!
Great video. I am curious, I started growing out my hair, it’s almost to my shoulders, which is the length I want, how often do you have your hair trimmed as a rule. Trying to figure out a timeline for myself. Your videos are very informative. Thank you.
Thank you! You know I’m completely off the rails with my trimming schedule. I should go more often but it seems like I’m going three times a year. It’s partly a hangover from the weirdness of the past few years and also waiting for my gray to grow. I wish I had a more helpful answer but I’m still finding my sea legs. 💖
My hair stylist states to trim every 3 months if you are trying to grow the length. I sometimes stretch it to 4.
Thanks
I’m at my wits end with my white hair going yellow from the water. I sure hope this works!!!
Your hair looks amazing. How long did it take (how many applications) before you noticed longer had unwanted hard water mineralization?
Hi! I noticed improvement one the first wash. I don’t use this product every time I wash (too drying) but as-needed. I really hope it helps.
Thank you!
Also, you might want to invest in a shower head filter if you haven't already. They really help, too.
WOW AGAIN! BETH your hair looks fabulous! TFS connie ox
Thank you!! 🥰🥰🥰 it’s finally grown out and at the length I like. ❤️❤️❤️
I think I need to try this... I live in Las Vegas and we have very hard water!
Yes, very! I absolutely love Las Vegas and all of the natural beauty surrounding it. 🤩
I’m very curious about the other products as well. I just bought the shampoo, I decided not to buy the conditioner or the mask because I didn’t know which one to chose.
The conditionner seems to be a better bang for your buck, it has the same percentage of the main ingredient present in the mask, I do have lots of masks already, so I was wondering.
Apparently the oil is amazing and their best seller! I have tons of oils as well, I decided to wait and use my Kerastase, olaplex, Morrocan oils first, lol.
If you did try the conditioner or the mask, please let us know. :-)
Thank you, Elle! 🥰😘 I will very likely try the mask and it’s so good to hear that the oil is worth checking out too. It will be a while until I’m shopping for hair oil, but I would love to try it.
I am still very happy with the shampoo! 🥰😘
Thanks for this review. Where is the best place to buy this product?
Hi Tracey! I’m not sure since the website seems to require a professional account. I bought this through my stylist who Carrie’s this product. Depending on where you live, a local salon may offer it for sale on line or in person. I wish I could be more helpful here.
I just saw it on Amazon
Hi Beth. We have extremely dry water here. In my former home, we had installed a water softener, which helped. Unfortunately, I don't have a basement in my current home.
The shampoo sounds good. Pardon my ignorance, but can you use it on dyed hair, or would it lift the color?
Your hair is amazing. The fullness, curls, and shine are just stunning.
I think the Aveda Cherry Almond shampoo has been around since I was a teenager. It's a great one.
Enjoy your week. Hugs. 💗💖❤
Hello, Rene! I hope your week is starting off well. 🥰😘It’s going to be frigid here.
I’m not sure about how color safe it is, but on the website they seem to show that it makes for a truer color. I wish I had more confidence about this, but they do seem to be marketing it within a salon coloring context.
Yes, Aveda’s cherry almond is a total classic. I just love it. 💖💖
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK thanks, Beth. And I meant hard water. Forgive me. I have a head cold, and I feel like I'm under water! My brain is clogged! 🤧
Hi Beth! I appreciate this helpful review! I just bought the metal detox shampoo and the metal detox hair mask a month ago and have used it every 4th wash. I don't have naturally gray/silver hair, however I have bleach blonde almost barbie blonde hair. I used to use kerestase purple shampoo so frequently like you and have found a vast difference in how my hair feels and looks in comparison as well! I have also purchased the metal detox leave in cream and have to say I don't love it unless I used the metal detox shampoo and mask with it. On the days that I don’t use those products and just use my regular redkin acidic bonding, I find that the leave in leaves my hair sticky and am not sure if it really helps the improvement of appearance as much as the in shower washes. I would love to know your opinion on the rest of the line!
So interesting!! I have been meaning to try the other products in the Detox line. Your hair sounds stunning 🤩
Thank you this was refreshing ❤
I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Serena! 🥰😘
Outside of the hair color issues-was your hair super dry from the heavy metals and did the shampoo help with any dryness?
For me it was really about cleansing the discoloration from my strands. The shampoo did indeed leave my hair dry, but conditioner fixed that.
I found a source for the shampoo here (in Mexico) and ordered it. We have very hard water here. I love the Briogio conditioner - I ordered the salon-size during Sephora´s 20% off sale last year.
I’m glad you could find it! It’s also nice to hear that you like the Briogio conditioner so much. It really did seem lovely!
I’ll give it a try. Thanks 😊
I hope you like it, Deborah! 🥰😘
Thank you so much. I also found a diluted baking soda wash helps to remove the yellow tone from my hair. I follow with a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse to restore pH balance.
Thank you, Susan! 😘😘 This sounds like an easy-to-achieve mixture. I really appreciate your comment! I will try this in the future (I admit I can be intimidated by these kinds of remedies).
I don't have a lot of white hair yet but I have recently bought this from an e-shop with hairdresser's products (it has various shampoos etc. that have better quality than what can be usually found in regular stores) because I had read about the metals setting in hair over time and diminishing the quality and that they should be cleansed sometimes (quite a new information for me, I had never had it cleansed).
Yes, this is something that we are hearing more about. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a real problem or because they need us to feel as though we need a new product, but I do think there is some merit here. My hair does look brighter.
Im on a very limited income, so I have to spend wisely. At the moment, Im on the fence about whether to order this one, Ouai, or Color Wow Dream Filter.
Have any of you tried this one and also tried 1 or both of the other 2 products I mentioned? If so, which was your preference?
Im fully transitioned and I, completely agree with the statements about purple or blue shampoos.
They have darkened my nature white/ gray color so much and im about at my wits end trying to eliminate the brass. Ive tried cheaper clarifying shampoos, purple and blue shampoos, apple cider vinegar, and even baking soda and perioxide.
All have helped slightly but failed to eliminate the brass enough to prevent me from considering grabbing a bottle of brown hair color. So, yes, help is needed here, lol.
I can’t say for sure what you should do, and I haven’t tried the other products you mentioned. I have found this shampoo to be effective, but i didn’t re purchase and haven’t used it in a while.
Do you have well water?
@InfinitegardenbyBethK No, I don't have well water. I have a filter on my shower, and I'm in an area with only minimally hard water, so idk what the issue is. My house is around 100 years old, so it could be related to water coming through the older pipes itself, but idk for sure.
Your hair is gleaming! Thqnks dor this cideo. Little off the subject but what polish are you wearing on your nails please?
Thank you!! I am loving this shampoo. On my nails is the Unicorn set from Nails, Inc. I'm not sure they still sell it, but I found it at Sephora. It's a pretty blue-lavender shimmer.
You and your hair are so beautiful
Thank you!
Hi, I have used this shampoo once, and I keep getting purple stains on my pillow. Why is that?
Wow! I have not experienced this!
I love it!
Thank you, Kathy! Happy Sunday 💖
There is a Metal Detox Pre-Shampoo Treatment also now, have you tried it? what did you think of it?
Thank you for telling me! I did not know that. I should try more of the line and provide a new review.
I have soft water where I live. When I stay at the Pennsylvania house my hair is terrible in a short amount of time. I thought it was really hard water there but now I see it only moderate. I don’t want to know what super hard feels like. 🥺. I can attest that the second map is wrong for a few places.
My mother lives in the Southwest of the US and their water is unbelievably hard! It can really take its toll.
It looks like this shampoo has a lot of silicone in it. Does this concern you?
Hi, Patrice! I don’t mind silicones personally since I do use a shampoo that can handle them. I know some folks avoid them, but I have found they work for me on both my skin and my hair. It’s totally personal, of course.
So to be clear- you have NO color in your hair? It DOES look natural (enviably beautiful). Mine has some bleached silver highlights for bending. Prolly not the product for me?
Thank you for the kind words. 💖💖At this stage, and at the time of filming this video, I am entirely dye-free. I don’t know know how this product would affect color treatments.
Is it a detox or clarifying shampoo?
That’s a good question. It’s called “detox” but it does rely on some synthetic ingredients (to my understanding)
@@InfinitegardenbyBethK okk..got it.. tysm ☺️
You are beautiful i like your grey curly hair 😍
Thank you! That’s so kind 🥰😘
Thank you so much
🥰😘
how does it smell?
A little bit floral, I’d say. Nothing too much for me.
my scalp alway gets soooo itchy with purple shampoo
I totally relate!
Early!🎉
Happy Sunday, Amy! 🥰😘
🎉! 😊
Copper pipes. Girl please have that changed. Not good for you.
I will look into it. Do you have PVC?
I love how beautiful your hair is, but that review took way too long for the results. Lol.
