MUTOH 1324x Valuejet Blown Head and Will not initialize

This is the third and last part about the MUTOH ValueJet 1324x / Signwarehouse PrismJet 54. All the electronic board were sent off for testing to see if any of the boards or power supply was bad. All boards came back with a clean bill of health so I reinstalled them to see exactly why the printer stopped initializing. Hey it happens, I was able to trouble shoot a little bit more to make sure there were no other errors in the printer.
