SERVES: 310 gm Cream Cheese & Cheesecake serves 6-7 People
INGREDIENTS:
Cream Cheese:
- 400 gm Curd (दही)
- 1 Litre Milk (दूध)
- 2-3 Tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
- 2 Cubes Processed Cheese (चीज़)
- 2-3 Pinch Salt
Cheesecake:
- 13 Marie Biscuts (मारी बिस्कुट)
- 3 Tbsp Butter (मक्ख़न)
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
Strawberry Compote:
- 200 gm Strawberry (स्ट्रॉबेरी)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar (चीनी)

Please tell us exact weight of processed cheese used .As you have mentioned TWO CUBES....it is not clear....as processed cheese comes in various shapes and sizes.

Adding curd to this recipe will totally kill the game guys.... because sour taste of curd never goes away no matter how much sugar or flavour you add .....so this recipe is a big failure .... I have tried it already and it threw it in dustbin....thank me later
