If at all you are using amul cream, use only the thick part and leave out the watery part. Also increase the amount of white chocolate from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup

White chocolate is very sensitive to heat. Please chop it finely and then melt white chocolate at 20 second bursts twice. Also cool down the melted chocolate and then add it into the whipped cream. Mix immediately

Hi Samidha, you have to whip the cream nicely to semi stiff or stiff and be gentle when folding in other ingredients. It sets really well. And dont keep it in the freezer, refrigerate it.

For instance,if 1 cup whipping cream is required,and your cream is already whipped,2 cups of that should be added enough

Never measure ur ingredients in cups bcoz there are many sized cups are available in market and everyone filled there cup in different way that’s y measurements can change... Try to use kitchen scale for perfect measurements... Thnaks

@@deepathomas6818 the non dairy whipping cream is in liquid form, the normal cream consistency. Whipping powder is tricky to use. If you are trying this recipe for the first time, don’t substitute any ingredients. Use the exact same ingredients if possible.

Your biscuit layer hasn't set properly. You need the bake the biscuit layer in a preheated oven at 160°C for 1 hour. This will help it to not break while cutting it.
