  • Whether you are required to or not, homeschool record keeping is an important part of tracking progress as your children learn and grow. It’s important to find systems that work for you, and today I’m sharing 4 simple ideas to help you get started.

      Yes yes yes!!! I have been doing that consistently this year and WOW…it has helped me really get an idea of our pacing for school work.

    Thank you very much for this! I love reverse lesson planning it is my jam! I really do have a hard time keeping attendance we basically try to do school every single day unless it is a planned homeschool week off. We usually get some type of Homeschool items done so I counted as schoolwork done. I like how you have the paperwork and the symbols in all of the tiny things in its place. I’m working towards getting better at this as a grow in My Home school journey. I’ve got a third grader first grader K5 and preschooler so I have some time to grow. Thank you for your encouragement and it was a great video

      Hey mama! Yes, this process of record keeping is definitely a "learn as you go" experience, as is all of homeschooling, haha! And yes, defining for yourself what a school day is is totally up to you! In our homeschool, the days that don't count as "homeschooling days" are ones where we just play and maybe watch PBS because mama needs a break LOL. 😆 Wishing you so many blessings with your kiddos!

      I can’t tell you how much it has helped me! Sometimes I’m like…ohhh yeah we haven’t done a lesson in like a week! It happens haha 🤷🏽‍♀️
