    Hello Doctor I am from India My radius and unla bone have been broken and I have a simple reduction surgery, in which the doctor has done a k wire-through surgery in my left hand radius bone only . can i recover my power back means ( can I do gym exercise back as hand defore broken) and also a question for you that how much it takes time

    Hlo Dr. David I got injured by an accident, and my MRI report shows..
    1-High grade partial tear of mid third of PCL.
    2- Sprain of the ACL.
    3- Contusion in the posterior horn of medial meniscus.
    4- Mild joint effusion.
    Sir can I recover without surgery and how long time it take to get perfect like before I am. And plz suggest me how to recover from this problem 🙏🙏😔😔😔
