Hi there .. roti’s have come out amazing . I would like to try but I don’t have measuring scale , can u tell the proportions of each flour in cup . Thanks
I don’t know where you got this information. I am a thyroid patient but with physical activity and healthy balanced eating my thyroid dose has been reduced from what it was 20 years ago. You can eat everything in moderation.
Who said thyroid patients can not have soy, corn, gluten, dairy, tapioca? I am on thyroid pill for the last 20 years. In the beginning the dose was higher but with exercise and healthy eating the dosage got lowered.

I myself take a small dose of synthroid.
