I think you deserve millions of subscribers because your content is always so fun, real, and informative. I have been vegan for 12 years now but we never stop learning.     I actually made this and I'm not a baker they came out good I added scallions to the dough. And made some of them to hamburger patty size so you could put a burger or portobello mushroom in between them.I'm excited thank you so much for sharing and doing your testing you're my favorite RUclipsrs

    Love the gf content!! Trying to quit animal products is difficult when so many vegan packaged products are made with gluten and I have celiac.

    As someone with a gluten sensitivity i really need to try this flatbred recipe. And yes working with gluten free flour can be tricky.

    Good gluten free vegan recipes are so hard to find! Thanks so much for trying to address this and give us some reliable ideas.
    It’s sometimes expensive to eat with this mixture of dietary needs, so having someone knowledgeable experiment and find what works for us is massively helpful.

    Thank You young lady, my sister and I suffer with Psoriasis and she has found going gluten free helps her condition. I talked to her two nights ago, I will try this recipe this weekend. I love bread but if I can give up gluten... maybe I can keep the joy of eating breads. Peace to you, and for the inspiration of what you have accomplished for us, who are sensitive to gluten.

      I'm a celiac myself and suffer from phorrisis really bad everywhere apart from my face ,thank God I have restarted my medication and 5 weeks into it its clearing up ! I have heard so much about diet affecting there phorrisis but for me its always stress that brings mine out .
      Can ask how bad is yours and how much do you notice the flare up when you eat gluten? 🙂

      @@peterolley7159 Well started on my scalp when young in the Back woods of Louisiana. At 17 I joined the United States Army (Vietnam Era) and slowly it spread all over my body. One thing I know, the subtropical rain fall and moisture in Louisiana air coupled with our naturally soft water kept it down to my ignorance, but from the time I retired from the US Army it was on my joints, back, chest, scalp, and face. I took years of topical steroids. Now living in Florida. I mixed one packet of coconut flour with two packs of rice flour. Tomorrow, Sunday!!! making nice tortillas gluten free. thanks for asking. I love my Lord Jesus, and Christ is my Savior and Grace. Thanks for loving me Lord Jesus

      @@wolfgangholtzclaw2637 thanks getting back to me and you ha e my maximum respect for serving in the army 👊 its funny you should mention water as where I live In the UK in Essex the water is extremely hard I'm talking your kettle scales up in a week and I do think this doesn't help my skin , I'm currently taking tablets called methotrextate they are way strong and lower your immune system and really do clear it up I'm not religious but God bless your sir

      @@peterolley7159 Oh Peter my brother, I also was advised to take methotrexate, and following that, I got many Kidney stones. Stay away from those. I will take the scale of Psoriasis over the pain of kidney stone. God bless you. Peace and love to you. Peace!!!

    Looks so simple. Thanks. Gluten isn’t good for consumption even if you’re not sensitive to it. Research what gluten does in the small intensities. Not good. FYI. Bob Mills gluten free pancake mix is a hit with all of my family members.

    You mentioned difficulties with gluten free sandwich bread. I have modified a version of the King Arthur's Gluten Free sandwich bread that works well. I substitute oat milk, plant based butter, and flax eggs. My family loves it.

    Tried this with the Cup4Cup brand flour had to use a lot less than the suggested weight in grams from the recipe but the dough came out pillowy and crunchy on outside with added cornmeal and garlic powder used when rolling. Great munchie super easy, thanks for the recipe!

    Made this a couple of days ago with a different blend of bobs red mill gluten free flour and added some xanthum gum. It was good! Very good with hummus. I think adding some more herbs into the mix would help improve it, or maybe experimenting using different flour blends. Sadly it was hard to get a hold of the 1 to 1 mix because of COVID.

    Sautéed spinach sautéed with onion and garlic topped with feta and warm in the oven. So good.

    I tried this with bobs red mill and cows yogurt. It came out a bit dry but it was still good enough for my shawarma and mayo sauce

    That 1 to 1 flour can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in any recipe from what I understand. So I recently try it in a quick bread recipe. Success! After many fails. Lol

    These flatbreads look amazing. I just got a cast iron pan and I think these babies are gonna be the first to see the inside of that pan! Cannot wait to try. Of the three, the hummus would be my first choice, followed by pepperoni and then the buffalo ranch. And yes, ranch should be in the title. Great video! TFS! 🤗❤️😷

    I'm in Western Europe and don't know where I can get the GF flour mixture. There are a lot of GF flours out there by now, but they are of course not interchangeable.

    I would say Buffalo Ranch. And thanks for this great versatile recipe! I think my picky 4-year old will love this, especially as a pizza or with a dip for a lentil dahl.

    Bo Redmill's have some wonderful stuff. I get their Sesame seeds a lot of time. They have come along ways with their flours. That Bread looked yummy. So did your recipes. ❤️I also would say Buffalo Ranch....☺️

    I'm in the UK and used Dove's GF flour. It didn't work at all with this recipe, so I think it really does need the flour you suggest, although I'm not sure we can get it over here.

    It's close enough to a pita that you could also use it for a gyro or falafel. I definitely want to make a falafel with humus with it.

    Once I experiment with Australian gf flours here, I wanna see if I can make wraps, round flat bread with this, hopefully can make donor kebabs wraps. Fingers crossed.

      What gf flours are you using I made a gf chocolate cake the other day using a gf flour I got from IGA it takes nice but was very dense

      @@taneholcroft8652 i wish gf flours were sold with standard ratio codes, as they're very blended and give such varied results.
      No matter the brand, the flour codes would be globally uniformed (in my imagination). So if the youtube recipe used a t2Br4mz1 flour blend, we could go get that blend in our countries brands to get the closest to the youtube recipe as possible.
      It makes sense in my brain lol
