Not. I just came home from vacation where I watched many of his videos, and did exactly what he said. Not just him but others. I have no relief nothing helps. In fact I’ve just gotten worse and worse and worse. My back does not hurt. It’s in my buttock area and I’m convinced it’s the piriformis muscle. I have done the leg hang the bed hang the cross the lake over and pull up I’ve done every exercise I’ve seen, and nothing helps.

Was wondering if there are any moves for a person with a back fusion that went wrong? Have extreme pain in SI Joint and Sciatica on right side, but can't bend back due to fusion not healed properly. Love what you offer here, thank you for what you do!
The last two , the back stretch and the side stretch flared the sciatic N up again. After all those good ones. Every other one felt better, more relaxed. Darn. I'll do some over again. Thank you.

After watching 1 million including many of yours, I still am in severe pain. First, I thought it was this then I thought it was that, but now I am convinced that it is my piriformis. I do stretches I do all of these things that everybody says to do and I am one month in and no relief in fact, it’s worse. The pain that goes from my buttock down my thigh to my foot is now on the inside of my calf. Everything is irritated. I have been on muscle relaxers and hydrocodone, which I do not take anymore. I’ve tried Aleve. I’ve tried everything and nothing helps. The one thing that does give me relief is laying on my side pillow in between my legs and kind of curl up. That takes a lot of pressure off for some reason. I have to get an x-ray, and then hopefully an MRI to see what exactly is going on.
I feel for you. I'd say don't do any type of stretches. Stretches just seem to aggravate nerves even more. Try looking up El Paso Manual Physical Therapist on RUclips.

Just found a way to prevent back muscle spasm when standing up from a seated position. Simply place each palms on your laps as near as possible to your hips and press against the laps as you stand up. In this manner it somehow deactivate back muscles from firing and pulling to strongly which in turn helps reducing or even stopping pain during your healing period. Try this to see if it works for you.

My husband gets lower back pain and we have figured out it comes from his hip joint...something deep and soft tissue between his upper most femor and his pelvis bone inside the gap between the two about mid buttock. If he lays on his stomach and brings his knee upward, close to his body to open that joint, I can run my fingers down the gap in the joint and feel something puffy and it's tender and after I start gently reducing its sensitivity, I can massage it and it brings him relief in his lower back.
