To me this is one of the coolest things about Path of Exile. This build has existed and been playable in the game for 4 years, and in 4 years not 1 player has thought to do this series of things in this order to make a build with downright cheat code numbers
I forgot to mention that im mapping with weapon swap Mjolner, which is why my chest has the Cast while channeling lightning warp setup. maps really fast with the swap

I don't want people to get too caught up on copying gem levels and everything and then going "why do i die instantly" when you didnt set your cloak spend correctly. its specific to your gear

@@Neurotik51 not necessarily, as everything is a bit more "expensive" (minus big ticket items like Mageblood and HH)
@@raban0815 that just means they sell for more. Honestly it is only the upper end that is expensive. You can still gear out a character that can destroy t16 for a couple divines. Just the bar is further now
@@Dominicus13can you point me towards these builds that can destroy t16 for a few divine? I tried a few and didn't like them. I made my own and I'm at around t12. The dps is fine. But I'm unsure how to increase the tankiness.
I tried this build out crafting a battery staff for like min investment (4 div bad rolls) and using the gear i have on my manabond mjolner setup. Found out that my spend was not enough to get the loop right. This video was perfect for getting it right and now doing even more dps! Such a great build thankyou for all the effort you have put into explaining it!

I have most of the stuff for the build and am finding that some of the gear is so expensive I could never afford. Using Ball Lightning of Static and Lightning Conduit of the Heavens paired up in Mjölner/Squire setup. Using your shocknova setup on Ivory for Leech supports. Needs more mana to feel tankier IMO, only at around 9k. Gear. Thanks for sharing your build.

hello conner, i have 9.7k ES and 11.4k mana i followed your budget version! im still missing the clarity watchers eye and that which was taken, so i'd prolly be around 11k ES with those items. im still learning how to play the build. i used to just hold down cyclone in a map and sometimes my ES regen couldnt keep up to the amount i was spending. so now i dont hold cyclone anymore xD i just target packs and cyclone around them untill a brand is attached to them. anyways just wanted to say liked and subscribed! and i followed your twitch. i just imported my PoB over yours and even with such low mana and ES im doing 124m DPS!!!!! OMG thats awesome!! thank you so much!

For people who wanna know how much 98% DR looks like, a 100% deli map boss has 80% DR lets say the map boss has 1 million health that is a 5 Million EHP boss, a 98% DR boss would have 50 Million EHP.
EHP = Effective Health/Hit Pool
DR = Damage Reduction
im planning on swapping from cyclone manafold to this after i finish having some fun, i have 2 noob questions, 1)why does the es matter for mana cost, 2) how 'hard' is it to get the mana cost to 94ish%
How does it work having cyclone on the chest and the staff. Is the chest one for when doing the weapon swap and not used otherwise?

Hey thanks for great vid as always. I have a mageblood but not enough currency to go for the high end pob. Is there anything I need to keep in mind when updating the budget pob you posted to use a mageblood instead? Also is it better to use 2 rare rings vs 1 rare ring + shavronne's?
Just drop res everywhere in favor of more str/int to make up for less stygian stats but the auto free res cap from topaz/sapphire or 40% suffix
For anyone wondering: You don't need 14k mana to start this build. Just turned 70, spent around 150c on the brand itself, gloves, ivory tower, indigon and a 5L staff with this energy shield base type...
It's still self-cast brands cause I can't make the casts expensive enough yet (espcially with a 5L). But it's very playable, great dmg for now and pretty sure I can then upgrade into the cyclone version a bit later
gonna try this build now, but why are we running coruscating elexir when chaos dmg isn't bypassing ES anyway?
Awesome build. I am having trouble with the double cast thing. I have a max roll cost indigon, what are some other things you can do to effect the cost after cloaking?

i loved this video, i just started to play this league, tryed a couple of builds, farmed on them and im at around a ~600d budget if i sell everything. i will try and get into your budget pob and see if it works for me (fingers crossed) even though i already saw that some of the items arent in trade (rip if you don't know nothing about crafting, or talismans haha). do you think a fairly new player with this kind of budget can make this build work?
Only way a fairly new player has 600d for a build and can't craft is if they RMT or got lucky and found a mirror
Are the gems in Mjolnir the same or what gem setup did you use for mapping? Items are expensive but I'm almost there for the budget setup 😅

Great build, I may of missed it but does the POB have the ideal single target staff for the switch in it as well? Thanks for all the work you put into this.
Any combo if power charge on crit 20% more and like a mana prefix or 3rd mana prefix with aisling + crafted suffixes will do fine for single target staff. I forget what this PoB had on if it was mjolner or single target swap but on mobile atm

this build is dope and im excited to get it to work. im running into the double casting issue right before my mana finishes and i fall over. i have my cost at around 95% and still having this issue.
Try to lower your mana regen
Either push a bit higher or check how high your mana regen is. Remember if you have thrill killer youre just commiting suicide

put it in the weapon swap and then dont run tempest shield

I'm wondering on the ring, is cast speed fracture still the best one if we cyclone around? I don't really care about the non cycloning setup or is that for penance brands procs?
Cast speed is the most mandatory stat. Its a penance brand build
On the low budget version using 1H sceptre, how do you sustain the mana cost? the cost is still 34k but you don't have that much without the battery staff?
It may have imported wrong but try switching the weapon to the back weapon in pob. Otherwise you just lower cloak till its 94-99%
How much currency would it take do you think for a decent delver for around 1k depth on top of a mageblood? I currently don't have a working PC but it looks super interesting to attempt when I do.
use the setup i just posted here pobb.in/Zp6nl_1jjEhl but add mageblood, drop resistances for more attributes etc. that will mop the floor with 1k

Hmm is Mjolnir still possible in 3.23 or it is better to just leave it? I saw some ppl still using it on poe ninja.
For the budget version that you posted, do you still cast brands while cycloning due to the fact that youre not double spending and thus not getting a high enough mana cost right? It would make the gameplay very similar to just a regular mjolnir manabond? I dont have a staff rdy so might try the budget version.
Side question, do we care about chaos res? How does that work with corruscating/ivory tower?
Budget would play the exact same. You never double spend
@@ConnerConverse Sorry I mightve used the wrong term, what I meant was, because youre not spending ES + Mana (scepter + squire) to create a massive Arcane cloak like you would with a Battery Staff, you would not be able to put a massive mana cost on the brand right? meaning that when you cloak and spin you would still cast brands right?, cuz with your giga setup you stop casting brands as the mana cost exceeds your mana pool.
Edit: Is that what the Archmage does and not the battery staff?, I just noticed ur running archmage in the budget version and I didnt account for that! I thought it was because of the whole using ES + Mana thing
Fairly new to mana stacking, and probably unrelated to the video but I think you know the most about these sorts of builds. Wanted to ask if manabond can shotgun with the cascade support? Ive been playing it but I cant understand the animation of the skill. Thanks again for these builds.
It can but only at 75+% mana which is bad for dmg

Awesome. I know it was a shroud walker map, and you were doing a showcase, but just FYI Kosis and Omni are not required for completion on the Valdo's maps. So you can just run past them if needed.
In the budget PoB it only says frostblink as a link, is that correct?
What's going on with the Cyclone with Lightning Warp in the armor? Is it as zoomy as the Cyclone + Frostblink on the RF build?

Stupid question, but there's no way to convert or use existing power charge stacking gear onto a variant of this build is there? Probably not and would be pretty gimped on the mana amounts, it'd also be easier to sell the power charge stacking gear and go for the mana gear.
power charge stacking is very very strong, but not considered high end like mana stacking, so assuming u have absolute gg gear for power charge stacking and sell them all, I'd say u can afford ~30% -40% cost of this build at the absolute gg setup like this
@@UncleJay69Me personally on my power charge stacker I don't have any of the ultra high cost items like a mageblood or a +1 max power charge unique ring(precursor). As it stands I'll just stick to power charge version of penance brand of dissipation until I do get enough divs to warrant making the switch to mana based at some point.
@@copenormcbrokelegsproperra2909 if that's the case then it's a pretty long way to go. But charge stacking is good enough to get you almost everywhere already

In the RF video I was basically a RF build with a swap staff, this video I'm mainly built archmage and just run mjolner squire swap for speed mapping with awakened cascade and then the lightning warp cwc setup in chest
EDIT: ill check when i get home but if PoB is importing the wrong weapons just swap the weapons to the bacl weapons

Would it be beneficial to slot in a mageblood on the budget version? Finally was able to buy one but need to farm a bit more for the rest of the gear. From a glance looks like a lot of stats are on the stygian belt.
Yes just drop all your res for more attributes or chaos res or crit multi etc to make up for stat loss then you gain all the speed and mitigation

ok i only invested like 50div but i figured things out and now i basicaly oneshot shaper and the king of the mist (both tested)
so in short i love that build!

Build is great for now. Just gathered crapy mana stacking items. Its performing much better then other builds i player this league. But i have some questions.
Is runebinder good before reaching godly damage. It doubles single target damage.
Second question i linked haste arrogance clarity together and haste costs more then %100 life. What may be causing it. Im missing something but cant find it yet. Not on my pc now, Will link build when poe.ninja updated

penance brand yes, it would have worked with any duration skill like arma/storm/blade vortex/some cremation setup etc

Get instant leech, make sure youre not doing something really dumb like taking eternal youth

How does this build deal with the reflected damage from atziri? I went through the pob and didn't see anything obvious, am I missing something, or does it just recoup/regen enough to tank it's own reflected damage?
atziri in feared/valdo map doesn't have reflect, its only in the uber atziri fragment that she does. You can counteract that w/ 2 no reflect charms

How do u balance mana cost compared to es + mana? I dont get, it always around 80%
getting more mana or higher indigon, it shuold be possible on the single target staff at like 13k and like 15k on CwC on a high-ish indigon

Its a stat stacking build the mana is a consequence of that all about the jewellery
I learned my lesson, i'm gonna spend enough time on pob before any league start so i won't have to wait for the price reaching billionaire level. Not sure if i'll have time for that though. But this league is sure anormaly expensive overall
I can't seem to get my cast % to 90-94 with the budget version, I only have about 12k mana and 12.6k ES, i get double casted all the time, any advice?
You need more mana. For cwc like 14k at least probably. Higher indigon % helps

im running cascade + aoe + conc in a +2 aoe shield for the +6 levels then crit dmg lightning pen because cascade is awseome for full screen clear but bad for singel taget, and i dont need that setup for single target

I am sure you have had a ton of questions with this build but i am stuck on one issue. The cost of my PB is 32, 083 but my combined ES & Mana is 31, 407. Every time i try to increase my mana and energy shield i.e Maximum Mana and Maximum energy shield on jewels, it then also increased the cost of my PB and i can never get in front? I have invested 400 div atm and it's this last thing holding me back. Any help would be appreciated.
Lower cost of cloak. Its easy to fix if your over. Being under is harder. Getting more mana keeps pushing cost disproportionally higher. If lvl 20 cloak puts you at 101% just run a lvl 18

It must feel amazing to cyclone around putting up the brands and then pressing the button to nuke everything into oblivion. A bit like Diablo 3 GR gameplay where you pull big clumps of mobs and then blow them up in a damage window.
It actually is quite similar gameplay. 3s setup window 4s dmg window
does anyone know the mana break point to make the spell stop casting with indigon stacks while arcanecloak is up? also im having issues with my mana regen any advice would help :)
My understand is maybe your brand mana cost is not high enough, try to swap your helmet with higher increased cost of skill may help.

Yo I´m having like a real issue with delve bosses not taking damge properly from my brands...seems like they attach to the boss but my cloak only deals damage every 3rd or 4th time, I have no clue whats going on with that. I followed the endgame build from this video almost 1:1 and i have no issue at all doing reduced damage valdo maps...feared dies like instantly in those. But Delve bosses even before 1500 seem to be a fucking issue...normal delving is ok
I see your pob using grace with 159 dex requirement but you only have 108 dex, am I missing something?

It's sorta a dead mod because archmage gives like 30k added lightnjng
Sorta did a similar thing, but dropped swiftbrand and triggered with veiled 4 sec for 20 sec brands. Problem with dissipation is ur losing a lot of top end ramp damage with swiftbrand, but by dropping cwc and regaining that 30% dmg loss from CwC and then getting another gem over cyclone, the single single brand damage is all that matters. Even with only 2 brands in a pack, as long as u dont run conc effect, ur still overlapping and melting white mobs and popping rares with 1-2 brands. Saves points too and less likely to double tap.
Wouldnt really work for this since you kinda have a 3 second window to re drop brands before cloaking again
You gain most of the lost dps back by being heiro and getting double activation frequency quicker i would say. Depends really if you're lacking that overall dmg vs wanting more upfront damage, since either way it caps at 20 energy (confirmed since new gem description)
I got a question i couldn't find an answer to it online.
I got some Crystal Kings up but wasn't able to kill it.
Did it yesterday again with a friend and when i died he killed the Boss but couldn't pick up the Amulett.
So we did another King, Drop allocation free for all he was Lead but it was my Delve.
Same shit i die it drops and he couldn't pick it up but he was able to pick up some other stuff that dropped.
What is going on here?

i just rolled cwc, and power charge on crit on the shaper staff, didnt he say you cannot do that?
He did, you can't and you didn't, the mod groups prevent it, what you did was took the two and combined them with the awakeners orb, which allowed you to circumvent the mod group rule.

Slam non-influenced one with any conqueror exalt or buy one with any influence, change influence through harvest untill you get elder or shaper, awakener orb with any other staff with remaining influence

Watch my most revent video, or pay more attention to this video. Your cost is too low and needs to go higher to avoid double casting
Couldnt you get the 2% mana on kill on a charm for full mana all the time?
I am Playing Manabond rn, where you don't want that because it keeps your mana full, but with this setup it should keep you from doublecasting in maps.
Or even a Mana on Hit jewel would work, right?
Being on full mana is what makes you double cast. You want to have enough maximum mana+es for archmage to work, but not enough current mana+es to be able to cast the brand while you have your indigon stacks up.
