Jackson Sparks, 8;Virginia Sorenson, 79;LeAnna Owens, 71;Tamara Durand, 52;Jane Kulich, 52;and Wilhelm Hospel, 82. These were the lives lost in the attack.Many more were injured and affected for life.

And to be allowed to question Erika twice was absolutely disgraceful, that poor lady remained so polite and held herself with total grace, good for you lady. I hope the rest of your life is extremely happy for you and your girls. You never have to stress about him assaulting you again. I do believe your lucky to be alive. Stay strong. ❤

I read a comment from a psychologist regarding DB saying that because he is so extremely delusional and grandiose that with the 3 1/2 weeks of being the star of this messed up show, in his mind he was a lawyer, he was in charge etc. and it takes a few days for reality to fall on him like a stack if bricks but when it did he had a major meltdown that probably went on for a while. Depression, rage, hopelessness cycle to be dealt with in a tiny lonely cell forever.
That gave me comfort and joy and wanted to share with y'all.

Amazing to me that he doesn't think anything is fair. State is willing to help with his witnesses, and he is STILL complaining. I really wish the judge would be harder on him. He just doesn't get it, at all!

The end is the same. He will not get a mistrial. There is nothing wrong with how things have gone. This Judge has done a phenomenal job preventing any of his shenanigans.

@@crimsonfirelily he was captured on recorded calls saying he was going to do everything he could to delay the trial. I find that ironic given the fact he said he wanted a speedy trial. I think he knows once he gets to prison - he won’t have control over anyone or anything - and being the narcissist he is - that is a fate worse than death!! Anyway - I hope that helps!!! Judge Judy violates the judicial cannons of ethics every day. You should read them and become informed as to what is contained in them and how they limit a judge.
I love Judge Judy but she would not be good for this case there would be definitely a mistrial because she would call him names if he interrupted her one time she would have him bound and gagged she would make the bailiffs sit him down in the chair if he stood up for example Judge Dorow asked Brooks to sit down please and he told her he felt like standing that POS

Looks like he’s practicing rocking back and forth like he’ll be doing in his prison cell for the “ress oh hiz mizzabel life”.

He kept detective carpenter on stand for hours asking questions that werent relevant to what he did at the parade. Cause he felt he "lied" to him during interrogation. This was just him being a jerk and to interrogate det carpenter just cause for no reason. This shouldnt of gone as long as it did.

Oh goodness me he is so lacking in education & common sense.
DB's long questioning (3 hours) of this last witness yielded nothing, NADA, Zilch for his case. Even if he were able to impeach this witness, his goose is cooked with all of the other physical evidence presented. Video showing him driving the SUV thru the parade crowd would have been enough evidence alone. He also established himself as sober when he was taken in to custody.
The state has a few more witnesses on Wed but after that, it will be very interesting to see first, if he will give the judge his witness list as to when (day/morning/afternoon) each group of witnesses he will present in court and second, if not, what will happen with his witnesses. Judge was very clear she did not want all the witnesses in court if they weren't going to be testifying that day. My guess is like before, he won't do it. The prosecuting attorney should have just let him deal with subpoenaing his witnesses and calling them to to come to trial. I see Thursday as being a fiasco as to having his witnesses there on time.

Does anyone know what will happen with the Ford Escape now that the trial is over? Will it forever be evidence? Or will it go back to Dawn Woods, since it was her car. I wonder if she would have it repaired from her insurance or something.
