- Join me today for this awesome 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout. Using our ultimate Tri-sets strength training to target every muscle in this all action full body workout
We will not only target every muscle group in the body, but we will also be smashing a muscle group entirely with our tri-sets before moving on to the next muscle group
So we have 3 exercises per muscle group. We also work through those 3 exercises 3 times for 10 reps each before moving onto the next muscle
Our Muscles targeted in order will be
Legs
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Abs
Arms
Every muscle worked in this quick all action blast
With the nature of the workout , you will only really need a couple of dumbbells
A lighter sets and maybe a moderate set depending on your level
As always, if you want to make the workout a little tougher , you can simply push yourself with the weights

Yesterday I made it twice and the second part with the lighter dumbbells.
It's a very nice reason to do some job with them.
I was feeled my shoulders on fire but to after 45' I'm fine!
