Dan, longtime follower here. Absolutely brilliant workout as always! Thanks for showing up and motivating all of us. Just one request: I know, this is how you make a living. And I don't mind as many ads as you want BEFORE and AFTER the workout for this amazing content. But you need to stop putting ad breaks IN THE MIDDLE of the workout. Mine was interrupted two times for a minute each. And that kills the flow and is so diheartening. Please, reconsider.
Well it took me a solid month of practice and effort, but I got through all 25 minutes. I started at 10 minutes and gassed out, so I added a couple of minutes every few days, and now here we are. Thank you so much for the video. I can't wait to explore more.

I have to say that this is the best online workout I found so far! Usually trainers do sets of the same exercise and I can get a little bored but you kept it interesting and I’m worn out.
I started training with 3.5kg, then 5kg & recently 7kg. Today I planned to buy 9kg but the store didn’t have any. So 10kg it is. Trained with my 7s & 10s today. Great 🔥. I won’t be increasing weights again anytime soon 😤😆. Thank you ☺️
