    Dear both, thanks for this amazing one. Short but so intense. Started with 6kg dumbbells. This was tough. The beginning with squats, shoulder press and then squat to press was a banger for starting the workout. Will come back to finish it with heavier weights. HIIT part was also great. Warm up was also intense so I thought this could be a finisher😅And music was on point.

    This was a good one Dan (too be fair they're ALL good). Well rounded routine of weights vs. HIIT and at 25 mins - I think I've found my new default workout. Thanks as always for the time and effort you put in!

    I started training with 3.5kg, then 5kg & recently 7kg. Today I planned to buy 9kg but the store didn’t have any. So 10kg it is. Trained with my 7s & 10s today. Great 🔥. I won’t be increasing weights again anytime soon 😤😆. Thank you ☺️

      Yeah it will be more than enough.. after few weeks when this gets little bit easier you can do 5 days a week..
