    Will give it a try soon with scent leaves. In this you used ugu and scent leaf while in another video you used uziza and scent leaf. Which should I explore first? Lol.

      Ok, I usually explore different vegetables for my Nigerian soups so I don't have the same taste everytime. Scent leaf or Uziza leaf alone in Egusi Soup is a banger already, adding another vegetable to them takes it to the next level. Try Scent leaf and Ugu first, then explore others to know which you prefer. Thank you.

    It's important to wash your dried fish with hot water to remove fishy smell

      The dry fish I used was freshly smoked so I don't use hot water to wash. Thank you for your feedback.
