    Well done ma'ma
This is an observation : when steaming your beef or goat meat, u don't add water immediately but put all ur ingredients without water, put it on fire, allow it to boil for 10 mins, before adding ur water.
This method will help the meat tests better

well done ma'am, great video, clear step by step instructions.
just a few observations not criticism,
    a. not adding water immediately after seasoning your meat allows the meat to taste better, the meat will use it's own water to steam initially.
    b. salt in my opinion was added too much, the other seasonings have salt in them already and we don't need to add too much salt to our cooking.
looking forward to more great content from you.
    stay blessed.
