    Best Egusi Soup Recipe
    3 cups of Egusi
    1 cup of crafish
    1 large onion
    Pepper to taste
    1 red bell pepper
    Palm oil
    1 Tablespoon uziza seed
    Uziza leaves
    Goat meat
    Dry fish
    Snail
    Smoked chicken
    Maggi salt
    Cameroon pepper

    Nne Chisos! Our soup is Joyfully delicious ooo. Why wont the aroma be exploding when the pot na asu poto poto like that🤣 Loaded proteins and dryfishes plus Snails! Nne this is perfect love non fried EGUSI. Good idea cleaning up the sink. Exactly how i do it, i get tired after cooking and eating. NO time to wash piled plates etc. The pounded yam os food processor is bomb! Oya i am coming over as long as you have my favorite swallow on board. Sorry for LOSING the clip😂❤️🙌🙌

    I have never seen so much different meat cooked all together in one pot along with fish 🐟. Very informative fish and meat are world's apart. And snails 🐌 😳

      Send mine ohh. The reason I added it last for to allow the egusi cook properly before adding any oil. ( this will help with the lumps too) I added the palm oil last and cooked it for an extra 7 minutes to cook it down ♥️

    Observation you would have picked and washed the uziza leaves before cutting in other not to allow the nutrients to leach out. I say this because i am a Registered Dietitian

This is really informative and this is going to be my new style with uziza seeds. BTW I am trying your method coz I haven't actually tried egusi soup this way.     Why no one doing the RUclips video say that the uziza leaf is so damn bitter?! It was tasting so good until I added d these damn leaf. I couldn’t even eat it. I bought the same bag and put it in and it was so bitter that sugar couldn’t even fix it.
