Let me also state that this vegetable is seasonal here, We find it only during summer. Summer is coming to an end now so I advice you move fast before it's all gone. ❤

As a Cameroonian we have a dish similar to this called Eru. We use Okazi leaf and water leaf too.
In Nigeria it is called Afang soup Okazi and water leaf
That’s because Cameron or Nigeria is an artificial name given, we are one and mostly eat similar food etc..
I'm Calabar! There is ukazi soup, and there is Edikang Ikong, as in vegetable soup
