Thank you for your feedback. Same ratio please, you will have to add in some more flour when you are kneading and its too sticky. Some brands of all purpose flour are as strong as bread flour but you can't tell until you start kneading.

Good afternoon sir. Am glad you got a sweet bread 😊 For the Inside colour, too much butter, nutmeg or cinnamon powder can affect it. Some of my bread does that too, what you added in will determine the colour. I hope this helps.

@@GloryHomeMaker I added butter, improver, milk flavour, sugar, yeast, very little salt(2 pinches).... Then it's from the butter because i actually melted it before adding into the mixture

Was the taste of the bread bad? If not there's no problem except it's for commercial. Then you will have to reduce butter.

Just the inner colour that made me worried that's all... my family ate it and they found nothing wrong with it. No madam it's not for sale. just for the family😁😉. Yes you can, I always use different vegetables to make my soups, it helps the taste and flavour of the soup each time. Use more of the one you prefer most and add less of the others to start with.

Do not wrap too much dough around the egg so it can fry well and not stick to your hands. I hope this helps.

@@GloryHomeMaker It keeps sticking while am turning it. It never stopped sticking after turning it for a long period. I couldn't even wrap it around the egg because of this and had fry it that way. Could it be the flour?

Oh my friend! Osu is whitish in colour, a form of thickner for Egusi Soup found mostly with the Igbo people of Nigeria, it has a slight flavour too. Egusi Soup can also be prepared without Osu and it still comes out amazing. Thank you for your feedback.
