- Egusi soup is a West African dish that has gained so much popularity especially due to its versatility.
It can be made with 2 methods:
The frying method -
And the boiling method.
Ingredients:
1 cup (derica) melon seeds (Egusi)
2 medium sized onions
8 - 10 scotch bonnet peppers (adjust as desired)
1 cup palm oil (adjust as desired)
Stock fish
Meat of choice
Kpomo
Dried Catfish
1 handful sliced pumpkin (ugwu) leaves
1 handfu Uziza leaves
5 tablespoons ground crayfish
Seasoning

Your cooking is so easy but You didn't remove the stick from the fish ? Is it okay ?

I prefer not to remove it because it helps to prevent the fish from scattering in the pot. But you can always remove yours and take extra care when stirring.
