Awesome guitar playing Tom. One of the most famous Italian instrumental( 🏄♂️ Spaghetti) songs ever. *My parents took me to see this very long movie in 1967 when I was six at the Drive-in movie theater in Dallas, Tx. I fell asleep( as usual).Later I would watch it on television in the 70’s.
Superb job, Tom! I didn’t realize the Ventures had their own version of this song. Then again, I should’ve known- they covered damn near everything and made it their own.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) The movie's iconic opening theme, known as “The Ecstasy of Gold,” has become one of Morricone's most recognizable pieces of music.
Outstanding! Once I catch up on several of your other songs I am now learning, I will download this one. How do you like your new Jazzmaster? How is it better than your first one?
Hi Tom' I always look forward to your renditions of the Ventures and others, some of which I had never heard of. I do have a special request and that is "Home". It was writen and performed by Bob Vogle in 1960 on their first album and on the flip side of Walk Don't Run. That was before he switched over to base guitar. Very nice down to earth guys. They Also Wrote a very nice song called Josie, named after Don Wison's mother. Maybe you could look into that one as well. You do an excellent job on your music, just wish you wern't so far away.
@@tomcon21 I can zoom in, but not out. They ARE visible in portrait mode but my sight ain't what it used to be...love your tutorials, though! I saw the original Ventures play some of them in about '79-'80! Saving up for a Jazzmaster, too!
Perhaps the tones are not too surfy because the pickups in the Classic series are similar to the p90. But still sounds amazing. With your mastery, of course.

I'll be working on this tonight. Great job Tom!
Том, ну вот... Ну слов нету! Tom, well ... Well, there are no words, Tom🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗
I’ve never heard this version, it’s not as serious/intense as the Shadows version which has always been a favourite guitar piece for me. 🥰
Awesome cover of this song Mr Tom!!!! Really a gem of a performance!!!! And thanks a lot for covering one of my favorite pieces....
Regards,
Aranya :)

Dear Tom, this is mesmerising :) God bless you and thank you.
I”ve thought about performing this, as a busker, for years. I’ll do it employing my GR55 for the other instruments. Well done!!! ❤
Great choice Tom, with your video, I was able to learn this version very quickly !!
From the day you decided to learn how to do that to the utter excellence I just witnessed....how many hours you think ?
Maybe a couple of hours to learn and play through without any mistakes. But I didn’t time it and learned it in smaller chunks of time
Wow nice! this song is ALL good no bad or ugly!
❤🎉 Awesome Amazing Incredible Mesmerized🎉❤
Outstanding! Once I catch up on several of your other songs I am now learning, I will download this one. How do you like your new Jazzmaster? How is it better than your first one?

Beautiful! ❤❤❤
Классика! Такая же прекрасная, как и фильм.
Have you ever done a rendition of Star Wars?
Hi Tom, I would like to buy this backing track as a loose BT please, is that possible. Regards, Ernie.
My only complaint is that the top of the chord diagrams are cut off when I go to landscape view...
Oh really? I checked it on my computer and phone, they are in view. Maybe you can zoom out a little?

This guitar looks very nice but I think your other jazzmaster's tones are better :)
This one surfs more to my ears ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I looooooooooopoothis
