    I recently found your channel, after you and the other coaches on the official TRX channel helped me keep moving with your great workouts during the long months when my CrossFit box was closed. I enjoyed them so much that I’ve made TRX training a part of my normal fitness routine! Please keep this great content coming! Thank you so much!

    I'm getting ready for tomorrow I have DOMS from the day before on leg day, so I think I'm gona go a bit easier with this one. It took me a couple weeks to get used to cardio so I'm assuming this is the same.

    Hi Shana, I've enjoyed your workouts and the great explanations about muscle used and posture/form. Recently, I've become more aware of the benefits of strengthening the TVA and am looking for good exercise for this... Are you aware of TRX moves that I might incorporate into a regular routine for this? Thanks again for your excellent videos!
