    Great to have new workouts from you! Love the slingshot format. New and challenging exercises. Only got 12 rows during the final burnout round

      Nice job! Yes, for some reason I was SHOT by the time we got to that round. I will blame the muscle-ups ha!

    Great workout! I love the slingshots you’ve posted. I could only get 12. My arms were still fatigued from that first slingshot 😂
