Perhaps in Laissez Faire the accountability goes to the one who makes the decisions...
Great video and commentary 👍
Very good
Good explanation.
Are you a decision-maker?
Then encourage your team to say NO to your bad ideas.
If you have all “ YES BOSS” subordinates, then you will never take right decision.
The team must learn to Say No to Bad Ideas

Democratic leadership style 👍
Transformational Leadership
Example: Naruto Uzumaki
Technique: Talk No Jutsu
The dude is a fucking legend.
Do you know an article I can read to get this information
Thank you. But alot of resources quote three leadership style. please provide some clue on a source that suggests transformative leadership in Kurt Lewin's model.
Im quotong u in my BA education essay 😊
the sound is not much audible ,though I kept the audio systems @100%.
what source did you reference?
wow
Great material. Clear.
But I find it distracting when the narrator makes the moistening sound. Am I the only one?
But content is excellent; I checked a couple of videos and sites, and this one is the best.
A pretty restrictive model. Where would authentic or servant constructs fit in
Let me say the diagram
May has a wrong layout
I think we can exchange by making democratic style in square 1
And Transformational style in square 2
Said this but didnt say WHY :D u a legend
So you gonna tell us a out the democratic leader some day soon?
I am slightly confused, you are using leadership to define leadership, I think. I believe a clear definition of leadership should be given, something like: " leadership is a process of influencing individuals and teams to achieve goals." So, if this definition is adopted, can we say the hands-off 'leader' is leading?
What is he really 'influencing,' and more importantly, how is he 'influencing' ?
