    I am learning about this in my human services administration course. I also want to announce that I am graduating in June with my Master of Arts in Human Services (MAHS). I am very excited and I will be moving to Pacific Beach in August.

    Hi - Very good video.
    Question: Given that ADKAR is a (non-linear) People Focus Model of individual change, how would you categorize the Prosci 3-Phase Model? I think it's both Process and People, but I would be grateful for your POV. Then there is ACMP standard model, and I think that would fall into the Process bucket. What do you think?

    There is obieoust the changing model but what you do with McKinsey 7 S when you get to Lewin``s fase 3 : I dont like you. What shall it be change at process and benefit from one empolyee when as an individual there was a long process that worth nothing for comany and the empoyess are have lost interest. Is that any reasoin to retain those empoyments in the changing managemnt process? IS to much bullshiting for nothing serously
