No and yes, This is an alpha of the same mod but new and improved. We are planning on releasing a new dimension every alpha, and of course every dimension will be completely finished before we start working on the next one.
I hate to say this but there's a 0.001% chance of an update for 1.12.2 happening But we will update this mod for 1.14.4, 1.15.2 and add support for 1.16
