    I love your videos!
    They are so clean and have such a wide range of different exercises. Not those 10 standard exercises on repeat everybody uses and they are so much more fun.

    Thanks very much for this series! I'm starting on a one month challenge to do 3 of your videos every evening :) I hope it will be effective!
    The music and pace make them much less daunting than some other videos I have followed but I still feel the accelerated heart rate and music work!
