I'm following this channel since July 2023. It's extremely helpful. I perform zumba 30 daily (busy days excluded), I lose 2 kg per month in spite of heavy food intake....
In 4 days before I'm 75 kg and now today I'm 73.10kg keep on exercising ad eating food 2 times a day .don't loose hope keep on going ill say my results again

One of my workouts especially when raining I'm 5'2 female weighing 81 kgs back in May now it's July I'm on 75.4 last weigh in on a mechanical scale. Thanking God and thanking you guys for this I don't have a physical zumba group so I just do your zumba whenever I'm not jogging or brisk walking. I'm hoping to be atleast 60 kgs on Dec. To God be all the Glory!
@@Kashish4Eijaz not really I just adjusted my usual portion back when I'm still obese, I still eat 3 times a day, heavy meal at morning, minimal rice at noon, then no rice at all at night I just eat vegetable or fruit or white meat (chicken) I don't eat pork anymore. Then my chocolate is dark chocolate with Stevia then I only eat once or twice a month. Still on the overweight category but thank God I'm no longer on the obese category according to my bmi, my target weight next year is to be at least 50 to 44 kgs that's is my ideal bmi
@@Kashish4Eijaz yes thank you God gives me strength to continue, I only do jogging/brisk walking I do these workouts of Mira Pham, I just increase my workout time I started 1hr, then after 2 weeks I adjusted again 1 hr every 5 days with rest 2 days, then I adjusted again 1 hr and 30 mins then I slowly training my body to exercise 6 days with 1 day rest

I never attempted following exercise dancing grps, but yours got me moving for the whole 23mins,my body is itchy and sweaty..this journey is no easy but l love it. Praying for the strength and consistency
Did the first 15 mins easily. Was 70 yesterday. Tomorrow will do the 23 mins. As a professional equestrian, a supple but controlled middle/core is essential, and I can feel this working exactly where I need it!
I don't like that shes not doing it evenly. She not counting how many on each side and one side is doing more than the other, i wanted to like this but its a fail for me.

Amazing workout! At first, I found the pace to be a bit too fast for me to keep up. I started playing the video at 0.75x speed and it was perfect. The music wasn't distorted at that speed either! About three weeks in, three to four times a week, and now I'm able to keep up with the pace at 1x!
I have started working out since my doctor told me i need to control my weight or it will lead to complications in future. Its my first day i hope i can continue this workout for a month and would definitely post results. Right now my weight is 62.75kg i hope i can reach till 55🤞

Got in recommendation, simply tried. First 5 mins itself I felt panting and saw a few comments so I thought I too can do this 23 mins. It's 10 mins and my chest and waist hurt. My perception about my health has changed now. I promise to do this entire thing soon daily until the day I do this without a single drop of sweat at the end.
I did for 20 mins without break today guys !!!!! I am sweating not as much as I used to coz I have been working past few weeks with another buddy on another weight loss regime but my body feels much looser and better now. My skin has been glowing past few days and I am genuinely happy
@@ali-dd7wr I didn't not expect someone finding this comment a year later 😂 thanks for that but unfortunately I can't give you the expected reply as I was in final year of post graduate studies and was packed with studies. But while I did do the zumba it was amazing and I was way active and I did lose some fat and weight as weight.
I tried Zumba way back in middle school in gym and thought it was silly. But doing it now felt like great fun, didn't cause my asthma to flair up, and I broke a sweat without feeling miserable like I do when I try to work out conventionally. I'll be doing this again to lose my baby weight!
I'm doing this not only because Of my routine to Lose belly fat, Also because I love to dance. I'll keep u guys updated on how I feel after doing this 23 minute Exercise workout. 7 Minutes in: I can feel it wokring ! 12 Minutes in: I can feel the burn! Building our way up. 17 Minutes in: Its burns a lot, its doing the job. U can keep going I decieded to stop here. I'm only 12 years old since I'm so insecure about my body, I hope this helps me, myself and u guys a lot! It did burn. So proud of myself, i got up and decided why don't I exercise for 1 hour to see how I'd do? I got up and solved my problem.

(I'M BACK AFTER 1 YEAR LOL) April 4, 2024 Wow this zumba is really effective 😍 my previous weight was 57kg but after 3 days of working out it dropped to 55kg! I was soooooo HAPPY, it's my 4th day today and it was great! My goal is to drop to 50kg. I'll come back here toms! 1st Day : ✅Unsure of this kind of exercise but I'll trust the process and have some diet, having a hard time but still having fun. 2nd Day: ✅ getting a hang of it 3rd Day: ✅ easy! And when I check my weight got dropped to 55kg! Can't believe it worked faster than i expected. 4th Day: ✅ Got tired from swimming but it won't stop me from doing this workout! 5th day: ✅ (forgot to comment) easy! 6th day: ❎ rest day 7th day: ✅ easy! 8th day: ❎ (forgot to comment) got tired from doing deep cleaning at home, surely got some calories burned right? 9th day: ❎ 😭 no signal didn't get to do the workout. Thanks for your video! Humans pay the price for having excessive fat. I easily understood that I was overweight - my BMI was 26. I really had problems which with this channel Practical Health speaks of. Thanks to its explanatory videos I shed 15 kg and really feel younger! My sleep and mood become better!

Alright! Day 1 done! Feeling great! It was a wonderful and super fun workout! Will compare in a few days after doing it every day! Day 2- fantastic feeling the burn everywhere! Day 3- was definitely tired after this one but am feeling good! Day 4- I don’t understand it but man these workouts are amazing!

I never do dance workouts and I was looking for something different and found this by searching belly fat workouts. I have to say it was absolutely wonderful, from the music to the movements. I added ankle weights to my wrists and i was seriously sweating. Loved it and the instructor!
I'm so happy that most of the moves don't involve jumping around and making a lot of noise on the floor, I wouldn't be able to do that living in a small place with other people.

Once I get my hip, this workout might be the way to get it back to being pain free and give my my life back. Some of the routine I'll have to skip, twisting etc. But, shall save this and try it later.
I have a 2 years old child because of which I cannot do any exercise he teases me doing exercise but when I started doing zumba dance exercise, he also dance with me I have been exercising for 2months with follow diet i have losses a 10 kg with 80 to 70

That's NOT ZUMBA. I would say good workout or aerobics. Zumba comes from latin america rhythms, is like dancing while doing exercises

It did burn. So proud of myself, i got up and decided why don't I exercise for 1 hour to see how I'd do? I got up and solved my problem.

Been doing this one workout especially almost every day for 6 months. It's super fun. The time goes by really fast. I especially love the stretching near the end which has great benefits to everyday activities. Music is awesome. Thank you!!!

Wow this zumba is really effective 😍 my previous weight was 57kg but after 3 days of working out it dropped to 55kg!
I was soooooo HAPPY, it's my 4th day today and it was great! My goal is to drop to 50kg. I'll come back here toms!
1st Day : ✅Unsure of this kind of exercise but I'll trust the process and have some diet, having a hard time but still having fun.
2nd Day: ✅ getting a hang of it
3rd Day: ✅ easy! And when I check my weight got dropped to 55kg! Can't believe it worked faster than i expected.
4th Day: ✅ Got tired from swimming but it won't stop me from doing this workout!
5th day: ✅ (forgot to comment) easy!
6th day: ❎ rest day
7th day: ✅ easy!
8th day: ❎ (forgot to comment) got tired from doing deep cleaning at home, surely got some calories burned right?
9th day: ❎ 😭 no signal didn't get to do the workout. I'll double my workout tommorrow to make it up.
10th day: ✅ (forgot to comment yesterday) I sweated like crazy.
11th day: ✅ I just finished my workout now. Latetly I noticed some changes to my body. My arms are getting slimmer, and my waiste are getting smaller. Can't wait to weight myself. (Don't have a weighing scale, but my friend does)
❗Update❗sorry, been busy from my work. Stopped doing zumba for days because of it. But I did this workout yesterday and today.
I'm surprise that my body didn't gained weight even without exercise.

I never do dance workouts and I was looking for something different and found this by searching belly fat workouts. I have to say it was absolutely wonderful, from the music to the movements. I added ankle weights to my wrists and i was seriously sweating. Loved it and the instructor!
