I agree, however the ills of the world are by the mind and hand of adults, so perhaps it’s adults that need to be just as subjected to this kind of music as well as children.
Nice thought...a beautiful thought...however there many many men and women in the world that seek power and control over others for riches, power and control. And these peoples actions are quite often aggressive, destructive, and controlling over the masses to get their way. For example, in politics, corporations, governments there are many Alpha personalities that step on and abuse people to get ahead, they don't care about others...its human nature...I don't like it, but it is what it is...you can't legislate it away...the "power group" would exclude themselves...Best wishes...

Touches my heart. There is a mysterious kind of joy I feel whenever I hear Morricone’s eternal piece.
I have no idea how musicians can perform Ennio Morricone's pieces. They must be so overwhelmed by the beautiful sounds they are producing.
Simple. Musicians start by learning MUSIC, and keep at it all their lives.
When an actor is deeply touched by a scene they are doing and are so moved that they can get lost in the moment, it can strengthen the performance. But I imagine this must be difficult for a musician so moved by a beautiful composition, because they cannot get lost in the emotion; they need to maintain enough composure to perform the instrument.
As a classical pianist, I can say performing a beautiful piece entails us to allow emotions to flow through our souls. It is the most magnificent feeling!
This is how a true musician can make or break a piece 🥰
@@olib2336it is not really that difficult, because playing it can actually enhance the emotion. When you see what notes you are going to play and such you create a whole mental space of all the notes and where you will move your fingers, and it is like a big bonus to just having the sound of the music

The Love Theme from Cinema Paradiso is definitely one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written. How can one's soul not weep listening to such a masterpiece? Thank you, Ennio!
That makes a violin sound as though it were a flute, a breath upon the strings, at the very end of this piece, opens an ocean of possibilities. Not to drowned within, but dance upon the waves laughing.
When I first saw Cinema Paridiso in the theatre, after it was over i couldn't talk much for an hour i was emotionally drained from the film and music.
Even now Ennio Moriconne' s music stands the test of time, stunningly beautiful music, will last forever!

Some would argue, actually many, that Pachelbel's Canon in D Minor is one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, piece of music ever composed. Another one for consideration is "The Things You Are To Me" by Secret Garden. Point is that there are so many beautiful pieces of music in the world it is difficult to pick just one, or even a few...just so many.
What you say is quite true. One can never (in my humble estimation) select a song and say that it is the very best song ever composed, simply because it is a JUDGEMENT call, and everyone's taste (and ear) is different. Some of the songs I adore my wife shrugs and says "meh."
There are indeed some extremely beautiful songs written, but to me the criteria of being the most beautiful, is quite simple really. If it can move me to tears! then it is a seriously beautiful song, ex: You will never walk alone, by Rogers and Hammerstein. I am sure everyone else has their favourites too! A seriously beautiful song will move and affect you, invoke memories, sadness, or love, if it doesn't truly move or affect you in some way, it is a pretty song, a nice tune! but that's about all! Ennio Morricone has penned some of the most beautiful music, and this is one of them, however this particular song, for me, is just a very pretty tune/melody, because it doesn't speak to me in way that moves me.

Ennio Mprricone is a superb composer. He wrote so many masterpieces that I can never tire listening to it.
Listen to his final duel of For a Few Dollars more and his Ectasy of Gold from the Good, Bad, and Ugly and I think that they outdo this song.

I can only recount my fathers words on the news of the death of my mother: "I can't cry any anymore, I wish I could. I am dry. Let's remember this day."
Only a few weeks after, he succumbed to the inevitable. Of course, I was there and looked after them throughout.
I only write this because I have no one to tell, and I understand that expressing words is a means of appeasement. To those who are going through bereavement I can say that whilst it doesn't get better, you get tougher. In time you will learn to deal with this kind of loss.

It is difficult to explain to others until they see the movie.
Over the years I said i would buy any individual a cinema ticket or the videos/DVD if they could honestly tell me that they did not like the movie.
To date my have seen the movie and I have never had to pay a single penny.
I love Cinema Paradiso, in my heartfelt is the best of all Ennio Morricone's composition. I just close my eyes & listen to every note of this wonderful piece with tears in my eyes.
In the U.K. We have and have had many great composers but maybe I was influenced as a young man by the famous Spaghetti Westerns which Morricone composed the music ; I believe he has reached 90 yrs but still active and I bought his Anniversary CD. Stay safe wherever you may be listening 🌈
