I love this movie. It left me with tears in my eyes and every time I play the theme I think of how short life is and how much I will miss my family at the end of it.

James, have you ever been to Mackinac Island in northern Michigan where it was filmed? The Grande Hotel is a sight to behold. They also do a Somewhere in Time weekend every year. It is a must see/must do bucket list experience.
@@christinekroll8784 No Christine, I have never been there, but I understand that cars are not allowed, but the book that inspired this movie was at the Hotel Coronado in San Diego, Bid Time Return by Richard Matheson, the book is much darker than the movie, both are great and the movie was one of those forbidden movies that football jocks and ladies men like me were not allowed to watch much less love! I secretly liked Grease too.
