Roasting and freezing tomatoes is easier than you think!
In this video you will learn how to roast and freeze tomatoes for quick delicious dishes after tomato season is over.
Roasted tomatoes are so delicious and are a great way to preserve your tomato harvest.
Today I am showing you an easy method of roasting tomatoes in the oven. and then freezing tomatoes for later use.
If you want to learn how to preserve tomatoes without canning, this is a great method to try. Frozen roasted tomatoes are already cooked when you thaw them so they are very easy to use in your favorite soups, stews, gravies, pasta sauces, pizza and more.
I used a variety of heirloom tomatoes and some smaller tomatoes, florida 91 to roast and freeze. I am showing 2 different ways that I choose to package my tomatoes to use for different purposes.

Just found your channel,,iam roasting some tomatoes right now after watching your video,I have so much canned tomatoes ,so I only harvest a few at at time so this sure helps to roast and freeze next I will try the sliced ones for pizza great ideas
