Good morning from Spotsylvania, VA. TFS!! I plant several tomato plants and wonder what on earth I can't eat it all. I love giving to coworkers. But this tip!! This is perfect for when I make lasagna in the fall and winter. And of course share with my coworkers!!
It's in the instructions. Thanks for watching! Instructions Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the tomatoes in a deep roasting pan, add garlic, olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Toss to coat Roast for about an hour. Take out to cool, then scrape into containers to refrigerate or freeze. This makes about 3 cups.
Thanks!😂

Hey Robin you didn’t say how long to cook the tomatoes for and what temperature!
It's in the instructions. Thanks for watching!

Is a roasting pan necessary? Or is a baking sheet ok? Too much liquid maybe?
Lots of liquid, and there's something to be said about the walls keeping the heat in. If you try it, be careful!
