Thank you so much for your informative videos Anete. You are amazing and the strongest woman that I know! You are such goals. I have been following your videos at home during lock down and it has really helped me a lot. I was thinking that it would be quite nice to do a sort of 30 day pole strength/fitness challenge and you could include a sort of calendar that we could follow that shows us what will will be doing each day. For Example : Day 1 - Back bend Basics Day 2 - Core Training Day 3 - Tabata and maybe a step by step choreo once a week. Just an idea
Great video. I've used it twice so far and really feel the benefit. Do you feel it's safe to practice the bridge everyday if you are already properly conditioned?
I wouldnt suggest to do it every day, body needs to recover. Bridge still gives a compression on your lower back, compansasion and rest after is needed not to overdo. 2-3 times per week in my opinion is enough. Once a week is already good :)
Awesome and really in depth. Can you explain 18:50 is this exercise for bridge rotations? Please let me know what the goal of this exercise. I thought it was very interesting.
Well this exercise helps to open up shoulders which is very needed in a wheel pose. As well holding glutes and pelvis strong, and pushing away from the other arm. Its more of task to work with your chest and shoulder opening less with rotation in the sides.

Great idea, hope Anete will show us such a backbend holding challenge video soon.
Since I am not very bendy in my back, the challenge wouldnt be much of a challenge but I will try to find a position which I can hold😊🙏

thank you for all those awesome active flexibility videos love them so much!
You are so welcome😊 Very happy that my videos can help you progress💜
Can you show a challenge video with trying to hold up a backbend pose with straight arms for 5 minutes?
Not sure if I could or if its needed, 5 minutes are way too long for so challenging and demanding positions😄🙈
@@AneteBlaua Can we see you in an attempt anyway. I am sure you can go for a while even if you fail the 5 minutes challenge.
Anete you lookso great. I really enjoy watching flex those muscular arms.
beautiful :-)
Thank you! Cheers!
@Jennifer: Probably she can even stay up in the backbend for 10 minutes with her strength.
😂 Not very bendy in my backbends, 10 minutes would be death to me😂🙈
You're gorgeous xoxo
Very beautiful xoxo
Thank you🙏
@@AneteBlaua what's next, backbend in heels?
