Thank you for this video! I’m a gymnast and lost all my back mobility after an injury. It’s been my goal to get my backbend back for the last year but my upper back felt stuck and my shoulders painfully subluxed when pushing my shoulders over my hands in the backbend. Can’t wait to try this and share my progress!

I wonder if your moves have something to do with the Ilana Bissonnette's method which seems to be very expensive. Ilana shows lots of testimonials and videos talking about the benefits of her method, but none of the videos shows us how to backbend and become flexible.

ok so i used to be really flexible but now when i try to do a backbend, my stomach feels like its stretching or like someone's pulling it. i dont know why.

I cannot tolerate or forgive this continuing isolation that led to early death of my mother in pain I demand this crime of not recognising me ended I have not related to anyone else in India other than sindhu and mother this is corporate theft continued using me I am injured I need emails from mature woman who can relate and help me it is being prevented by a community of thieves
