Even the heaviest competitors in men's open don't eat 10k a day. You could train your ass off and stick any needle you want to in your body and you'd still never even come close to the olympia title.

@@ateu4094 genetics has a huge deal in this. Hes on gear, trains and eats strict, but body proportions and muscle bellys are genetically constrained. At his level everyone works hard and eats strict, its the genetic component that thins the herd. Guys like him, and phil heath have amazing muscle building and body proportion genetics.
