One thing bodybuilders do that really impress me... Is digestion. If i had to eat the same amount of food/meals id be taking a shit all day. How tf... Especially kai green... But if you have a fast metabolism you need that amount of carbs like construction workers...

Love off season diet videos, don't see them too often. Currently on a big off season blast and trying to pack on as much size as possible before my classic physique debut next year, this is great motivation 💪💪
And that’s why u guys complain you’re skinny. I used to be skinny but I make a big peanut butter, oats and milk shake every morning. 1100 calories just for that morning drink.

For my birthday I had a big cheat day. For breakfast I went to Denny’s with my friend and I got a grand slandwich, French toast with powder sugar and side of berries and syrup, 3 cheesy scrambled eggs with 4 slices of bacon, 3 of there pancakes that had something on it. Then for lunch my friend took my to outback and I got an appetizer which was the wings, then a 8 ounce steak with Aussie cheese fries, and steakhouse Mac n cheese, then dinner I had Pizza Hut large bbq chicken and bacon pizza with ham, jalapeños, peppers, and grilled mushrooms with 8 chicken wings with cheesy breadsticks with marinara sauce for the pizza and ranch and blue cheese for the wings, and for dessert we went to Publix and got a Oreo cheesecake, Ben n Jerry’s, and Cinnabon’s. I ate 1 slice of the cheesecake, 2 scoops of the ice cream, and 1 Cinnabon. Best part about it was it was all free for me cause my friends paid for it as a birthday present and I was in a food coma and slept so hard that night

I was watching a video of guys who are serving sentences. It's amazing how prison food sucks. No supplements, proteins, etc. Yet these guys are jacked!
What I observed watching a lot of bodybuilder eating videos is that they really eat basic foods. Chicken and potatoes, chicken and rice, fish and rice, etc. They only eat full blown dishes during their cheat day most of the time. That's dedication right there.
@@LilAlpo1 Yes but less visible, i mean i get a little more chunky of course (face, les details in arms, back etc) my point were gaining muscle in my quads (weak point) hard to do (ego of being shredded got to go) but it works (i got more legs muscle now)
This is a fun video of his to watch and I think out of all M&S videos this one has the best soundtrack which makes this video very enjoyable to watch. Don't know if they used this soundtrack again. I haven't heard it.
Great video brotha! I’m trying to bulk up by eating more. Already put on 19 lbs in two months. 197 early feb to 216 today. My biggest issue is eating a big hardy breakfast. Before bulking season I would wake up head to work and train clients then eat around 12 or 1 or 2 the latest. My body got so adapted to that so even on days off I have zero appetite for my morning meals. Any tips to build my appetite would help because bulking up without breakfast is basically trying to drive a vehicle with no gas.
Same here I was intermittent fasting for so long I eventually just didn’t want to ever eat breakfast when I started bulking. The only way I managed was having 2 scoops of whey protein with milk in the morning and just downed it, then started adding a banana in it

Sure, but I'm guessing this day in particular was extra expensive. I'm certain he usually eats mostly home-cooked meals to keep the cost down and to exercise maximum control over what he puts in his body.
