The 5th meal alone is just a little bit more than my full day diet. The total carbs makes 2300 calories, which is more than my all macros daily calories. This guy is a beast.
He's got a lot of muscle that burns calories around the clock combined with the fact he's on gear which anyone who cycles steroids knows you can eat a lot less clean and still maintain low levels of bf. If you're not full of muscle and not on gear his diet is not conducive to being cut.

With the classic physique bodybuilders, I’ve been noticing that they’re eating just like guys from the 70s would eat. No need to eat 10 eggs in the morning. They still take drugs obviously lol, but I feel like these classic physique guys are probably gonna live healthier and longer lives.
