I love this “Grocery Shopping With Pro Bodybuilders” series. It’s one thing to study nutrition science and the mechanisms different nutrients leverage, but seeing what these guys shop for and hearing why they eat what they do is incredibly helpful.
Cbum and Iain are genuinely the nicest bodybuilders I’ve ever met. Very down to earth and chill dudes.

@@felixg4785 I never said he didn't cycle. I said I don't think he uses tren when he does.. He has a health condition and i'm pretty sure it makes him avoid 19nors because his health condition is already taking life from his bodybuilding career, and 19nors like tren have the most harmful affects in your longevity to bodybuilding so I think he avoids them.. I could be wrong obviously but that's my opinion
@@TnorSkates dude basically when you weight 115kg-120kg for a 6ft1 tall guy for let's say 10-12 years that's not healthy in the long run. This guy regime with cycles is not good in the long run.
@@felixg4785I never said it was healthy.. Bodybuilding is probably the worst sport when it comes to overall "health". But there are certainly precautions you can take to minimize the risks, and not taking tren would definitely be one of them lmao

If u want to make sure ur chicken is perfect, add honey sriracha seasoning from Costco or sams and add a shit ton on chicken add a little oil rum it in and then put it in the oven 425 for 25 mins

The thing I like about bodybuilders when doing grocery shopping is that its a must they buy what they like. Like the crispy minis. They r openned mind and dont follow a borring strict diet.

Holy crap, I recently started making homemade Pico De Gallo, recipe taken from ArnieTex on RUclips, and it’s freaking amazing. I personally add half the salt, more lime juice, and more onion than his recipe. The spice level I’m still figuring out, I use fresh jalapeños for mine. I also add a whole clove of finely minced fresh garlic to ArnieTex’s recipe.
I didn’t even think until he talked about using guac and salsa for his rice and chicken that I can just use my freaking Pico De Gallo for more than breakfast burritos and chips. I could put it on chicken and potatoes even.
So much veggies I’m getting into my diet from it and it’s really, really healthy. I highly suggest anyone who likes Pico De Gallo to try Arnie’s recipe.

In Canada Sobey’s is expensive compared to other places. If you come to a Canadian Walmart, the stores are always packed because they have the cheapest prices
