I've been through some really hard days for the past couple of months... the kind of days that make you want to quit everything, not just bodybuilding... but actually just give up.
But somehow, i found motivation and drive on seeing Chris', videos. The realness, the honesty of his persona... That's why he is the champ.
1:04 I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees that. I do yoga for the mobility and balance, but the way I look after dropping 2 liters of sweat is a pretty nice perk.

Great video once again... When I started working out, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep and not eating enough (not being in a caloric surplus). I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from Dietarize iirc). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3000 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
Yeah, it’s funny, but a lot of athletes and bodybuilders say that all the eating is the hardest part.

Exactly where I'm at right now man. Been working real hard and seeing some gains with my PPL routine but I've noticed I just won't shred fat anymore. Then, I recalculated everything and I realized I should be eating 3.5k cals in a day whereas I'm only taking 2.1k. 🤷♂️

Nice video! I do Protein Mug Cakes almost daily:
55g Egg Whites
50g Almond Milk
10g Oat Fibre
10g Coconut Flour
15g Casein
15g Pea Protein
3g Sugar Free Jello
3g Baking Powder
Sweetener to taste
Flavour drops or cocoa powder optional
80-90 seconds in microwave. Amazing texture, but will give yours a go as well!

I am on my first reverse after my first ever bikini competition and after 1 week of being on my reverse diet, I have had a difficult time mostly because I want to eat everything I haven't eaten while being on prep (i.e. cookies, burgers, sushi etc) but I don't want to do that and have stomach issues. I love that you made a point in saying to eat the meals you would eat on prep because that is what your body is used to having and it is easier to digest. Big take away for me!!

It's crazy. In November I started a revese diet just to get myself tracking again. I've been able to climb up 1000 calories and haven't gained weight!my body comp is better and I'll be able to cut my more comfortablely in a few months. People really underestimate how helpful revese diets can be.

the worst mistake i've made after dieting is going on a binge...my digestion and the way i felt was absolutely terrible and i have no idea why i did it. Thank god i am now back to a more structured meal plan of clean foods.

I had the same problem post show. As soon as I started eating food, especially carbs my appetite would go shoot up. So the longer I could push out that first real meal the easier it was to avoid over eating.
That seems to be pretty common. Basically, after a long or deep diet your body “wants”* to restore the fat you’ve lost, so it boosts both physical appetite and psychological desire to eat. Piling onto that with super-palatable foods can set you up for some fierce cravings.
* more literally, hormonal adaptations during fat loss predispose you to overeat and your body to prioritize fat storage.

you can also use buckwheat flour, its technically not a grain so its gluten free as well.
