The American hearr association came out recently and admitted dietary cholesterol does not raise your cholesterol. Your body makea it. But honestly man cholesterol isnt a good marker for heart health. Everyone who ends up on a operating table for heart failure has low cholesterol due to being on statins. Your triglycerides are waaaay more important to monitor. Those are a better marker for it. There are studies they have done on people who live in the Polynesian islands and they have high cholesterol bur basically 0 heart issues. When Polynesians move to New Zealand their cholesterol goes down but their heart disease sky rockets.
I don't aspire to be a bodybuilder, although I train quite hard myself. But this guy is inspiring for his consistency for 20 freaking years and I admire him a lot. My goals are different than his, but in a way I still want to be like him (consistently driven to achieve that goal).

We use to call that force feeding, eating so much in one sitting if you bent over the food would just poor out of you. It was insane. Sometimes I would go out to eat alone and after I ordered they would always ask me if someone else would be joining. Of course back then in NJ there wasn't too many bodybuilders around.

Exactly. I'm 64 and I was on gear for a few years...just basic weight training and I can tell you that it was all gear that did it...all of it. Sure you have to eat but without gear...you are just a fat guy. I was eating 4000 calories a day and losing fat and gaining muscle....Once I got off of it (due to side effects I wasn't willing to keep enduring) I shrunk to nothing....skinny-fat dad bod....it made my lifting improve 500%, my mood, my energy...all of it....I was a machine.

@guilers I never had the problem when it came to weight training. I hit a wall with food to the point that I got tired of just consuming food for the sake of calories. I never learned how to go past that wall. I find myself returning to weight training for the sake of health and preventative measures. Nothing more.

No mention of the fact his body was running like ‘freight train’ quoting his own words, because of the amount of anabolics, hgh, T3, clen, etc. food didn’t build his physique, anabolics did just like all of us. Even a perfect diet won’t take you as far as an average diet and tons of gear. Very different outcomes. This video asserts food was the key aspect of all this. Without the anabolics he would have been fat, the tissue proliferation and massive skelatal protein synthesis was because of gear just like every pro.
Exactly. I'm 64 and I was on gear for a few years...just basic weight training and I can tell you that it was all gear that did it...all of it. Sure you have to eat but without gear...you are just a fat guy. I was eating 4000 calories a day and losing fat and gaining muscle....Once I got off of it (due to side effects I wasn't willing to keep enduring) I shrunk to nothing....skinny-fat dad bod....it made my lifting improve 500%, my mood, my energy...all of it....I was a machine.

It is. 1 egg white = 3.6h protein. 140 egg whites a day would be over 500g protein alone + 5lb meat= 600g, makes 1100g protein per day, yet he states 300-400g.

500 grams of protein and 2400 calories. In 140 egg whites. You can't grow if you don't put calories in. No matter how many steroids you are putting your body. I'm pretty sure if I was going that route, Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman would be the guys I modled my diet after
140 eggs a day? That's either 980g or 1120 grams of protein, depending on size. (XL are usually 8. L can be 7 or 8 depending). Way more than can be used to build muscle.

1 thing he said that was incorrect but again for the time this is what everyone believed was that restricting carbs help l lower body fat. This was actually an inaccurate method and statement as to lower body fat it is based on a calorie deficit and not a specific macronutrient. However keeping your protein high can help with the thermic effect of food and you can burn more calories consuming higher protein diets
