I agree,I've learned soooooo much,I started training before the pandemic,then my gym was closed of course!!!...soo it led me too here,and now that everything has opened back up in charlotte,I still comes too watch coach,and I left the gym alone!!💯💯💯💯

I was taught always move with lead foot first unless moving backwards...and only take 3 inch steps
So my question is what’s the pros and cons with that verses using right foot when moving right?
Only thing I can think of is going cross footed but that is solved by rear foot being a little wide..
Would love to train at your gym. Too bad is far away.

Hey coach, I was able to time my opponent and clip him with a combination because he was doing exactly what you were teaching in this video. I believe rythm stepping is no good and pros get clipped for rhythm stepping all the time.
What is the issue with crossing your feet?
You can possibly lose your balance or break your foundation.
