As a woman who spars mostly men, who are taller and stronger, I learned the value of not "losing your head". Staying composed, controlled and keep observing what they're doing and where they are, seems to also be key in my experience.

@@bobross3880 it’s not sketchy … you realise in gyms you only spar with the people who GO TO THAT GYM?? I’m guessing there’s not many other women in her gym who spar
There’s a girl, 15, who goes to my gym … and she spars guys all the time. no other women spar there. Obviously if it’s a smaller women you don’t throw huge bombs tho. I’m guessing that her sparring bigger guys is great experience. Nearly the people I spar with are taller guys, most are about 10 kilos heavier too … when I do spar people my own size I love it feels like a walk in the park relatively … those hard rounds against bigger ppl pay off

Epic video man. Had a sparring session with a guy that had me in weight, height and reach and struggled so much with knowing how to get in. Apart from tucking up and barrel forward and take any damage that came my way to have a shot or two. If I had this in my locker I would have been fine for sure! 😅 Thanks so much for the knowledge 🥊
